We hired Trimble Plumbing to replace our broken sewage ejector pump. I was reassured right away when Mark himself answered the phone and took genuine issue in our problem, without trying to upsell us on a bigger motor or unnecessary fixes like other plumbers. Over the next few days he was extremely professional and courteous, staying regularly in touch as he prepared for the job. He even made time in a busy schedule to make sure to reach us before Thanksgiving weekend. I learned a lot about the plumbing in my own house thanks to him. The job itself was very efficient, the team was friendly, and it all came out to several hundred dollars cheaper than competing quotes. Even if the price was the same, I feel way better about hiring a dependable small family business like Trimble. They even installed a nifty little device that lets us see if the motor is working or not. I will be calling Mark for all my plumbing needs in the future, and you should too!

Found Them-Our new GO TO Vendor for Plumbing/Heating and Cooling Needs for Sure!

We have done our research and it paid off. We just had a hot water heater installed by Trimble Plumbing, Heating and Cooling (contact number is 609 209-9229). We are so happy our paths crossed with Mark Trimble, his son, Mark and brother-in-law, Todd for our job. Hot water heater replacement is pricey, and you surely want it done right, hassle free and on time-and this team delivered!
This team called us back promptly after our initial inquiry, explained the process, came out to assess our situation and kept us informed of the appointment and all the next steps all along the way. They were very flexible and accommodating around scheduling the job and we never had to prompt a call back, they followed up will calls and visit timing exactly as they promised.
The customer service skill sets exceeded expectation, the crew worked efficiently together, and they cleaned up the area spotlessly-even though it was in our basement, and we were not fussy-but owner Mark is a perfectionist and is fussy and supervised every aspect of our job while onsite. Trimble Plumbing arrived when they said they would, had all the necessary tools and parts at the ready and were pleasant professionals throughout. This is a father teaching his son the business, so you know he has a vested interest in good service being delivered for sure. Check them out-we are glad we did-they have a wide service area too!

I found Mark's business on Yelp and it looked good so I called him to comve and look at an issue with a water line between the house and the barn. That was my lucky day! He got back to me right away and the day he came out, there was water pouring out of the ceiling of the apartment in the barn! He was great at handling that emergency, even coming over on Saturday to make sure everything was ok. He has continued to deal with our water problems in a very professional way.
I would recommend Trimble Plumbing to anyone who appreciates experience and great service.

Mark Trimble is the consumate professional. He, along with his son and brother in law (All professionals), recently installed the water lines for our new washer in our basement apartment and had to established a drain from the washer into the existing drain pipes. The job they did was absolutely outstanding. Mark stayed in touch with me prior to the work date and called in updates when he said he was going to call. On the day of installation, Mark explained fully what they were going to do and ran a complete wash cycle to check everything out prior to departure. I can't recemmend him and his company enough. The quality of work was excellent. Great company and we will use them for all our future plumbing needs.

I have to give a shout out to our awesome plumber Mark Trimble. No he didn't tell me to write any of this but I see a lot of questions in here asking for a great plumber. I can't recommend him enough if you have a job that you need done right the first time, need to fix a job that was botched by another company (like one that rhymes with Sold Pedal), or any challenging or creative fix. Mark and his son are the guys to save the day.

They treat your house like their own. In our case, our sump pump failed and the back up too. Plus the original company who installed the connector to the townhouse drainage system did a terrible job (before we moved in) and water was splashing all back on our bricks causing damage. Mark is not the cheapest plumber but is is absolutely the best around. He can do anything, do it right, do it to code, and make sure you won't run into problems in the future by corner cutting. He knows what he is doing and stands behind his work. I think they must have come by five times for our job to quote, help us keep the basement from flooding, lent us a little manual pump, installation, and checking in to make sure it worked properly. That kind of service is rare these days.

Mark and his crew have done several plumbing jobs for me over the last 10 years, always with excellent outcomes. The work was always done well, neat, and prices were fair. Most recently I called Mark for a clogged drain line. He was unable to get to my problem in the near future. He walked my through several steps tp clear the line. His advise worked! Trimble is our go-to plumber and he always does a very good job, but he is pretty expensive so you have to watch that, sometimes his prices seem kind of arbitrary. Also sometimes he's too busy for something that's not an emergency but then it can become an emergency and cost more...still, everyone we know uses him because he is super reliable and high quality.
