Now for the Truth about this company. For years we have used one of the larger HVAC companies for our service. ( Let's just say the companies name starts with a B) This past summer we lost all our AC and the house was 84 sweltering degrees. Company B came out and quoted us a price of $20,000 dollars!!! This was a cash price. On a whim I called Trimble mechanical on a Saturday and the Owner got back with me almost immediately. Marks price......$12,000.
For the exact same system and Warranty.
He explained to me he makes a good profit at that price and there was no reason to take advantage of people.
He had a team out Tuesday morning that worked in a pouring rainstorm to get our new Trane system installed. Yeah he's blunt and very direct. But he's also very honest.
With our service contract at B company the techs were constantly "upselling" us.
Maexplained the absurd profit margins on these products.
Yes he's small and he may be booked up so he can't get right to you but I know I'll get an honest price.
And yes his wife is his office manager. She's also a sweetheart that worked her tail off for us.....
So in-conclusion if you don't have a problem with paying 40% more for the exact same product ( hey those tv ads aren't cheap ) knock yourself out.
He's Canyon Lake local, been here forever and he is a man of integrity

I wish I could give zero stars. Only good thing about my experience with this guy is that I never gave him any money. Initial communication went nowhere, beyond him copping an attitude and cussing at me, for reasons I cannot begin to understand. Came here to write the review and learned that my experience was not abnormal. Only in Canyon Lake is it possible to stay in business with these atrociously unprofessional practices.

If you need warranty work done, good luck. Zero customer service. I recommend you do business with someone else.

Do NOT do business with Trimble Mechanical in Canyon Lake, TX. Horrible customer service. They came to replace the evaporation coil (3rd one!!!) on a Trane AC system they installed not even 8 years ago. After being here for 45 minutes and banging around up in our attic....they just LEFT! Vanished. Truck and all....just disappeared. Never repaired our unit and never replaced the evaporation coil. No knock on the door. We have no idea how long the old broken coil will keep working. We have no idea how much freon has leaked out. We've tried calling, texting and emailing the owner, Mark Trimble for 2 days. He is not responding. And his "service technicians?" Thet are his daughter and son-in-law. Nepotism at it's finest. Each in their early 20's. We Googled "evaporation coil" and felt we knew more that they did. It's total amateur hour. Run. Run as fast and far away as you can from this Mickey Mouse company. Under normal circumstances, his wife Katie (Did I mention nepotism?) is the "Office Manager," and she never answers the phone. Ever.
