We had a plumbing emergency in our basement and we are so glad that we called Trim Tek. Austin and his team showed up right on time, assessed the problem, and then patiently walked us through what needed to be done. They were completely transparent in their pricing (which was very reasonable) and once everything was agreed, they went to the store right away to buy the parts and then fixed the issue very quickly.
Everyone was super professional and polite. Their honesty is admirable as they even reduced the bill at the end because labor took less time than anticipated (it is so rare to see that happen these days).

Trim Tek Plumbing is awesome. I had a ball valve that started to drip. I reached out to them and they responded very quickly. Austin quickly scheduled a time to have it fixed.
