If you want a plumber who is reliable, courteous and extremely conscientious, Kenny is your man! We had no hot water and he worked on the tankless water heater in the pouring rain until it was working perfectly! He will always respond to a text or call quickly with a solution. After a butt kicking from a round of chemotherapy I noticed my washer valves had developed a leak. Don't want to flood the house!
Gave Kenny a call and explained the situation and he came to the rescue. Super nice guy who answered all of my many questions and was able to resolve the problem quickly. Honest and reasonable with a great personality.

Who else takes their plumbing for granted? When something goes wrong, it's like the world is falling apart. Luckily for me, I've had multiple plumbing issues this past year and each time, Kenny has come and fixed the issues quickly. Extremely reliable and able to know what to do, I could not give this review more stars. Communication and professionalism are outstanding. I'm a property manager and I called 2 different plumbers for a simple kitchen sink clog.
The first one didn't show up.
The second one advertises they unclog drains for $99 but they showed up with a short snake and claimed they couldn't unclog the drain. They said I needed to add a clean out, at the tune of $1875.00. I called Tried & True Plumbing, Kenny fit me in his schedule and unclogged the drain with no problems. In my case Tried & True Plumbing outperformed the big companies. It's getting harder to find trustworthy people these days with any integrity and it doesn't matter the size of the company. Kenny has completed several projects for us, the biggest being a full home re-pipe. We also had him create an outdoor shower (a last-minute request). He made sure to explain the process in full (and in a way that we could easily understand) at every step and show us his progress. Kenny always left his work areas cleaner than they were when he got there, which is something I don't ever get from contractors!

Kenny is very honest, as evidenced by him taking a service call to my house at dark, doing an inspection, and telling me we didn't need the work we thought we did. I highly recommend Tried and True Plumbing! You'll get a hard-working, honest, and experienced plumber for a solid value.
