We were experiencing issues with our bathroom plumbing. First plumbing company we called advised there was a lot of work that was going to be required and provided an approximate quote of $3,800.

My parents recommended calling Kenny (Tried and True Plumbing) for a 2nd opinion. Turned out the extensive work was not required and the fix could be completed at a fraction of the cost.

I booked this guy last week because he was working on a neighbor's house. He gave me a quote of $75-$150 for work on my toilet. He said he was all booked up but gave me an appointment for the following week, which was this morning. So I call him because it's past the appointment time and he claims my appointment wasn't confirmed, even though he gave me a time and date and price and I confirmed with him on the spot. Now I'm another week out from service because of this company.

Woke up in the morning to a burst copper pipe underneath the crawl space of the house. We shut off the water and called a friend for a plumber referral and Kenneth came out from Tried and True Plumbing within 1hr to fix the problem. He replaced our older 3M copper pipe with an AquaPEX flexible tubing. Apparently it doesn't chemically react with hard water like copper does and prevents residue buildup.

Kenneth fixed the leak within and 1hr and some change, took his time to explain everything to me which I really like. Would definitely recommend him to my friends.
