I used Trident Plumbing based on a neighbors recommendation. Quick response to my call, sent multiple confirmations, the last one via text came with photo and name of plumber that would do the work; wore the slip on booties to keep floors clean; explained the problem & gave a range of options; there was no pressure; reviewed work done at completion; cleaned up; rates were better than my previous plumber; would absolutely use them again. Great experience & exceeded expectations .

They came out to do a water leak test at my elderly father-in-laws home, found no leaks, they left without turning the water to the home back on. This was not realized until several hours later. I guess this is on me, expecting Trident to turn the water back on before they left. Didn't think I had to double check all the work they did. I had to go to Home Depot and buy a water meter key to turn the water back on at 9:00 PM that night. Extremely disappointed!!!

I was very impressed with this business's professionalism, especially with regards to communication throughout the encounter. We had a blockage in one of the main septic branches at our home and they were able to accommodate me and my schedule the same day. I was sent a photo of the main technician that would be working. Schuyler and an apprentice (my apologies but I cannot recall his name) were quick to diagnose and problem solve. Work took less than 2 hours and they used a ventilation stack on the roof to clear the pipes. Video evidence of our home's colon proved the way was clear. Very cost efficient and thorough. Will be using in the future.

I hired Trident Plumbing to fix my broken pipe based on the high review on Nextdoor. Everything went very smooth. I got a reminder call the day before appointment. Another call in the morning. The technician showed up on time and identified the problem and gave me an estimate right away. He fixed the broken pipe fast and the price was more than reasonable. I had a great experience with Trident.

They were punctual, very knowledgeable and thorough. They replaced toilet tank apparatus in 2 bathrooms and installed 1/2 HP garbage disposal in kitchen.
