This is the 2nd time we have used Trident Plumbing in the past year. Very impressed with responsiveness to our needs, from the receptionist to our Techs! They always make us feel comfortable and confident on their expertise as well as courtesy from entering our home to the final bill, with detailed explanations of our issues.

I had a leak in the guest bath going into the bedroom. Trident was quick to respond and show up, they diagnosed the issue quickly, and were reasonably priced to complete the work. Awesome company!

We woke up early only to discover our water heater was whistling and leaking from the bottom. To make matters worse, when I turned the shutoff valve to stop the incoming water, the valve didn't work. So, I had had to shut off the water to the house. We had family visitng us from out of town, it was two days before the next forecasted freeze event, and three days before more friends would arrive to spend Christmas with us.

We have a home warranty, but like many home warranties, there was no sense of urgency with the warranty company. The first plumber they assigned wasn't available until the next day so I notified the warranty company and they assigned another company, which showed up within the hour. However, because the builder put in a 75 gallon water heater, the plumber said it may take 3 to 5 days before they receive a replacement unit from the warranty company.

Due to the urgency of the situation, I contacted 12 different plumbers in the area, only to be told again by some that the 75 gallon water heater is harder to come by and more expensive. Some of the companies that I called did not have appointments until after Christmas. A few said the would not provide a quote over the phone. 5 gave us quotes and only one said they would make every effort to get one of their plumbers to my house that day. That company was Trident.

When I called Trident, Kallee was extremely helpful and understanding. She sent me an email with a written estimate for the work and called to say they were able to shuffle around the schedule to get a plumber to my house that day. Once I agreed, they dispatched Schuyler and Vlad and they showed up at the time quoted. Schuyler and Vlad were the best plumbers that I have ever had show up to one of our homes over the years. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was not only done properly, but done that day because they understood the situation.

Response time was great. Worked with OEM to diagnose the problem with the water heater. Fixed quickly and properly first time. I will definitely use Trident for my plumbing issues!

WARNING!!! Last week I had Trident come out to fix leak with a tub overflow connection at a rental I own in Frisco. The plumber opened the wall, which was needed to access the overflow. When he was done he had snapped off the overflow pipe and broken the tee where it was connected. Then I was told it would cost $2500 more to tunnel under my home to fix the pipe they broken. I felt they had done enough damage and told them not to continue work. Since the wall was open I could see the damage that they had done. Snapping off a 20 year old PVC pipe is easy to do, but this was an avoidable problem. Any entry level plumber would not have done this. Luckily I was able to the fix the broken tee myself and $100 in parts later everything was done correctly (by me). I was ripped off by these guys, they turned a simple fix into a plumbing fiasco and then they tried to charge me for work that was not needed (tunneling under my house). In my 35 years of owning rental properties I have never seen anything this outrageous. I would never use these guys again.

My main water line was broken and flooded up to the water meter. I called so many plumbing companies, but they all said it would be a couple of weeks before they could come out. Even the 24/7 emergency plumber wasn't available for a week. Then I called Trident Plumbing. Evan was finishing up a job at the end of his workday, but came over anyway. My system is complicated and he made sure all the water was turned off and came back with Preston, another plumber so they could trace the lines. They did an amazing job and restored the water service. They explained everything to me and the bill was less than the original estimate. What a FABULOUS company and WONDERFUL plumbers. Evan and Preston deserve some kind of reward from Trident. They are such valuable employees. I will never call any other plumbers.

We had a dripping outdoor faucet that needed to be replaced, and Steven with Trident was able to do the work quickly and efficiently. More then that, I got an education on the type of faucet being used and why it was superior to the builder grade faucet being replaced. I will use Trident for all my future plumbing needs, and they get my highest recommendation.

I seldom leave feedback but this one I just had to not only because of the phenomenal job Trident did but the "after" service they followed through with. Short and sweet story first of all they don't cut corners, legit and has integrity behind their business. They won't be the cheapest or the most expensive but they will get the job right so you won't have headaches later on! The city inspector even commented that whoever did this job went above and beyond to make sure all was done correctly and to last. (They insulated the pipes and made sure to not take too much space when they installed the RPC.

Next, after service... originally I thought when one of my sprinklers burst that it had something to do with the recent plumbing job they did so I called and asked if they can check it. Guess what? They came by! No excuses, no hassle, no delay! They set a date and time and made it! Unbelievable! And what's really mind blowing is they did this twice! 1st call and visit has nothing to do with the plumbing they did and was given advise how to fix that (quick fix), 2nd call and visit again I feel had nothing to do with what they did but they FIXED IT anyway and inspected all the other sprinkler and drips to make sure all was good!

I don't know about you but they made me a permanent new customer from here on! Shout out to Daniel the owner and his awesome right hand Steven (who came by twice!) for the great work and customer service!

We had a clogged kitchen sink that needed repaired and they had a cancellation so fitted us in the schedule that day. Schuyler and his Assistant did a excellent job of making the repair and in a timely manner. They were professional and the price was reasonable. We would call them again for sure if we needed a plumber.
