I messaged Trident plumbing around 5pm and within an hour the owner Matt called me. I had a water main leak and had a detection service locate the leaks. Matt said they would be there the next day. They arrived on time. They also quoted me a great and fair price. The trades are not cheap, nor should they be. They definitely work hard! The temperature was 75 minimum. They fixed the leak and found a 2nd and repaired it as well.
I was kept informed of the entire repair process. Very happy. Call TRIDENT!

Jared came out and performed a water heater install and hose bib repair. He was great and very professional. The hose bib was an add on that I have put off for 2 years and glad he was able to add it to the quote. Had Trident come out to clear a shower drain that was clogged. They charged me $250, were here for 10 minutes and then 2 weeks later my drain has reclogged. I called Trident and they told me they don't warranty drain cleanings so I would have to schedule another call and pay again, which isn't going to happen.
It took 2 years of living in this home for my drain to clog the first time and only 2 weeks after Trident's service for it to reclog. I've gotten more mileage out of using a bottle of Drain-O for $10 than I did with this plumbing service.

After posting this review this company called me up and threatened me for leaving a negative review. The lady tried to tell me that by signing their invoice I agreed to never leave them a negative review and tried to threaten legal action against me. They did offer to come back out but said THEY DIDN'T COVER OR WARRANTY DRAIN CLEANINGS AND ANY ADDITIONAL WORK WE WOULD BE CHARGED AGAIN FOR. So no, I'm not interested in paying an additional couple hundred when the first visit had such poor results.

Due to this threatening call I filed a complaint against this business to the Arizona Attorney General.

Trident and Tyler were a total win for us. Our water heater was replaced in less than 24 hours from it needing to be. Tyler was extremely informative and clearly knowledgeable. We were also very pleased with how neat and clean everything was at job completion. Our questions were answered and explained so ... we could understand. Highly recommend.

Trident Plumbing is the only company I'd hire for plumbing needs for multiple reasons. First, they were recommended to us when we asked our neighbors for plumber recommendations from our neighborhood Facebook group and when they did work for us it was done very well, at a fair price and they were precessional from start to finish. The second reason is even more important than the first. My mom was scammed out of $3500 (if not more as the plumber SHE hired also charged her $1270... this work was done but the amount charged is debatable as we still don't have any invoices) from this other company. This other company still hasn't produced any invoices for work supposedly done. My husband contacted Trident, explained what had happened with my mom and had asked if they would ever do work without having an invoice or explaining what work would be done. They were very thorough in their answers and that they would never conduct business that way. We asked if they would be able to give us a second opinion and they said they would and it would be free of charge. They were out two days later, stayed for 1.5 hours, took photos and wrote a thorough review and determined that there was no leak or evidence of a past leak (as the other company was saying she had multiple leaks, needed to get her insurance involved and get a mitigation company involved). Trident not only confirmed what we thought, but sent us a thorough review with pics that validated all our concerns and saved my mom from losing even more money. Most likely thousands of dollars. I'm so impressed by Trident and their integrity that I would ONLY hire them in the future. I wouldn't hesitate one moment if you're in need of a plumbing company... hire Trident and you will have honest and reliable service.

I highly recommend Trident Plumbing & Drain to my family and friends. They installed our soft water system a little over 2 years ago and it has worked flawlessly. We called again when having slow drain issues and after a bit of investigation found that tree roots at the very end of the line was causing the problem. The outside cleanout lines had been covered and thankfully CJ was able to find them and fix our drain issues. We like them so much that knowing our hot water heater was near the end of life we asked them to replace that also. Again, great service!
