I had a pipe burst and Trident plumbing was an awesome help. They fit me in their schedule the same week, and were flexible with my scheduling having to work around two kiddos. Matthew was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions along the way. He also gave me referrals to other vendors I will need to get my issue fixed fully. I'm very happy with the service, Trident was affordable and offered a military discount. I would 100% hire them again.

Matthew of Trident Plumbing and Drain Cleaning came to camera our entire downspout underground drainage system. He was able to provide service the same day we called, bringing along a state-of-the-art camera system and underground pipe locator. Matthew spent a lot of time with us, fully diagnosed our system, and suggested sensible next-steps with possible remediations for our drainage issues. He has a smart, can-do, and thorough approach combined with a customer friendly attitude. Pricing was reasonable. Kudos and a strong recommendation for Trident Plumbing and Drain Cleaning!

I highly recommend the services provided by Trident Plumbing. Our plumber Mathew was extremely knowledgeable and professional from my initial call through completion of the project. The quote was excellent and the job was completed exactly as quoted. Mathew was so patient and kind, explaining each step of the process - he was very good about showing us what was being done and why - my son and I both learned a lot about our fixtures and how they work. He also went out of his way to fix a kitchen faucet that had been troublesome for years! Trident Plumbing, provided quality service at an excellent value. I called three different companies to request a bid on moving plumbing in our kitchen and moving our water heater into our garage from inside our home. I got discouraged at the cost I was being quoted from the other companies and was about to give up. Trident couldn't come out for a week (which was much slower than the other two companies.) I almost cancelled but I am SO glad I waited for that final bid! Not only did Trident come in significantly lower than the others, but Landon also was knowledgeable and communicative. We immediately moved forward and they were able to get us scheduled a week later and wrapped up in one day. We are overall very happy with the final result and will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Our garbage disposal was making an atypical humming noise. I tried the usual DIY diagnostics but was unable to find the issue. I called Trident and spoke with Matthew who talked me through the potential issues over the phone. He then squeezed me into their schedule same day.

Landon came by about 2 hours after my initial call. He quickly identified my disposal needed replacing but did not pressure me into instantly replacing it. I asked him to swap it out and did so quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend for anyone in need of plumbing services.

I have called on Trident Plumbing twice now, once for my home and once for my business. Both times they actually answered the phone, took my information and responded quickly. The first time at home I had to schedule an appointment. They called to confirm and showed up on time, did a great job and at a very fair price. The second time I called (for my business) they were able to get me in that day and much earlier than they first quoted me. Both times I had Landon as my plumber and he is the best. I have used Trident in the past and trusted them. This experience was quite poor and was with a new plumber that I had not worked with before named Landon. I hired them to come out and install my garbage disposal after having a new sink put in and new counter tops. I was out of town at the time of the appt and my fiance met with Landon. This should have been maybe a $250 job on the high side of things. By the time Landon was done padding things onto the bill, he replaced four things that did not need replacing at all, one of them 20 feet away from the sink at the hot water tank which he should not have been touching at all. My fiance felt like he was trying to sell her stuff and take advantage of her. This is a terrible feeling to not be able to trust the person doing work for you. He charged us $1300!!!! I could not believe it. He said he needed to replace the garbage disposal which worked perfectly and did not need replacing at all. He also replaced three different valves that worked fine and did not need any replacing at all. I called and spoke with the Owner Matthew about this who I believe to be a good guy and he simply stood by his guy and basically told me too bad. I cannot and will not in good conscience use them again or recommend them. This is why this particular service industry has such a lack of faith. I'd be willing to bet that Mr. Landon was working on commission. Scummy! Devon was great, Matt was great....too bad I got Landon I guess.
