Our garbage disposal was making an atypical humming noise. I tried the usual DIY diagnostics but was unable to find the issue. I called Trident and spoke with Matthew who talked me through the potential issues over the phone. He then squeezed me into their schedule same day.

Landon came by about 2 hours after my initial call. He quickly identified my disposal needed replacing but did not pressure me into instantly replacing it. I asked him to swap it out and did so quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend for anyone in need of plumbing services.

I have called on Trident Plumbing twice now, once for my home and once for my business. Both times they actually answered the phone, took my information and responded quickly. The first time at home I had to schedule an appointment. They called to confirm and showed up on time, did a great job and at a very fair price. The second time I called (for my business) they were able to get me in that day and much earlier than they first quoted me. Both times I had Landon as my plumber and he is the best. I have used Trident in the past and trusted them. This experience was quite poor and was with a new plumber that I had not worked with before named Landon. I hired them to come out and install my garbage disposal after having a new sink put in and new counter tops. I was out of town at the time of the appt and my fiance met with Landon. This should have been maybe a $250 job on the high side of things. By the time Landon was done padding things onto the bill, he replaced four things that did not need replacing at all, one of them 20 feet away from the sink at the hot water tank which he should not have been touching at all. My fiance felt like he was trying to sell her stuff and take advantage of her. This is a terrible feeling to not be able to trust the person doing work for you. He charged us $1300!!!! I could not believe it. He said he needed to replace the garbage disposal which worked perfectly and did not need replacing at all. He also replaced three different valves that worked fine and did not need any replacing at all. I called and spoke with the Owner Matthew about this who I believe to be a good guy and he simply stood by his guy and basically told me too bad. I cannot and will not in good conscience use them again or recommend them. This is why this particular service industry has such a lack of faith. I'd be willing to bet that Mr. Landon was working on commission. Scummy! Devon was great, Matt was great....too bad I got Landon I guess.

After trying to contact the plumbers that had done the original work on our new construction home, and waiting several hours for a response to make repeated repairs, we contacted Trident Plumbing. Matthew responded to our call within the hour and was out shortly thereafter. He was exceptionally courteous and professional and promptly fixed our issues. He answered any questions we had.
We also had Devon and Landon out to work on a separate issue and were equally satisfied.
We highly recommend Trident Plumbing and will call them for all of our plumbing needs.

I have used Trident Plumbing and Drain on two separate occasions in the process of renovating a newly purchased older home. I found them through reviews like this and I want to add another glowing review because I am very satisfied with the work they did for me.

Matt performed a variety of plumbing tasks including installing a new water heater, new shower valve, and new angle stops. On a separate occasion we had Devon install new washer valves. Matt and Devon are both excellent plumbers and completely trustworthy. They do not try to sell you on things you don't need and are very honest. They were happy to explain what they were doing, thoroughly answer any questions, and are full of helpful tips. They are also very friendly and personable but at the same time professional.

I'm so grateful to now know a good plumber I can call on whenever the need for one arises; it is such a relief! I cannot recommend them enough.

Do you know that moment when your bathroom sink decides to clog? If not, you're lucky. It's not a super happy fun time.

Even though the drain clog was not a super happy fun time, I'm so glad I found Trident Plumbing and Drain Cleaning! From the moment I called and spoke with Matthew about the problem, I was genuinely impressed.

Matthew was extremely professional, friendly, and his customer service was stellar. It was hands down the best experience I have had with any business.

Not only did he clear the clog he also tightened my loose hot water faucet handle. He cleaned up everything exceptionally well and was able to recommend a product that will hopefully help prevent another clog in the future.

His prices were also reasonable, which was great. Owning a home can be expensive!
