keith a.We set appointment for the next day to check out a leaking bathroom faucet & shower diverter, he talked about other plumbers are not reliable and his web site talks about reliability, then there was a NO SHOW, NO CALL, WOULD NOT CALL BACK. We waited 10 hours no show. Selling house left us totally stranded.

Seems to be a great guy, and knows his stuff!
But just doesn't call or show up to do the work!
Maybe he should just give phone consultations, and stay away from real plumbing jobs. Or learn to say, "" My schedule is full!"" Or STOP CHERRY PICKING YOUR JOBS!!
Jack T.I had a problem with a water heater at a rental of mine, Called after hours. The owner answered the phone himself. He was able to get me going for the night and then came back in the morning and installed a new water heater.. Even with the two trips . It was cheaper than some of the crazy quotes I got over the phone. I was desperate and he did not take advantage of that.
