Terrible experience with this company. We absolutely do not recommend and do not believe other reviews.
375$ for just showing up and telling nothing is wrong after 40 minutes.
The owner sends threatening emails that they file theft of services and lien on the property. We exchange emails at the end of December and we wanted to contact them after we are back from vacation and we get the attached email while on vacation.

I manage a small condominium complex and was having problems with the courtyard flooding during heavy rains. Bids to correct the issue were all over $10,000. Jay with Tribeca suggested an alternative approach and was able to solve the problem for under $2,000!
He even called after a few weeks to see if the work that he did had solved the problem. I've been managing properties for a good number of years and have worked with numerous contractors. I have RARELY had one follow-up to check on their work and the outcome. Congrats to Jay and Tribeca!

I rarely write reviews, but the service and professionalism was sooo outstanding.We had a major sewer problem which included tunneling under our slab to fix it.From the discovery of the problem to the final soliution and repair, these folks were totally icredible. From Richard the owner, to Jay and Ramone and Donnie, they identified the problem and came up with the fix and implemented the solution. They were as reasonable s possible with the costs to me as the homeowner, and did the repair as quickly and efficiently as possible. I would recommend them to anyone! This was a major repair! you can use Tribeca with confidence.

Called this company to fix a shower issue I had. They did fix the issue, I paid $500 but left me with another problem THAT WASNT THERE BEFORE. Instead of exemplifying good customer service, they wanted to charge me another $200 to come back out to fix the leak that was caused. I expressed to them that it wasn't fair that I had to be charged again, on top of the $500 I already paid, for a problem that they caused. We suggested that Tribeca covers half ($100). They then came back again to only offer $182, saying they agreed to go half of what they were charging. $182 is not half of $200. The technician, receptionist and owner were not on the same page and kept giving out different quotes for parts & labor.

After explaining to the owner all of this, he continued to still offered me pay $182. He didn't acknowledge my experience & proceeded to believe I was wrong. I declined the offer & will not be using them again. I will also not recommend anybody to use them as they are more concerned about money than helping customers plumbing issues

Jay and his team were great at chasing the leak we had. It was fixed in a timely manner with attention to detail. All finished without a big mess and in a professional way.

Tyler was very efficient and knew what needed to be done. Was affordable for what it is. New flange in new floor, install and properly checking for leaks(None). Would call them in the future if needed.

Jay was simply THE BEST when I needed a plumber to do repairs while under contract on a listing in the Dallas Area. The guys at Tribeca Plumbing are responsive, knowledgeable & fairly priced.
Jay was at the property within 24 hrs of my call for an estimate, and actually called me while he was UNDER the house (pier & beam) to report what needed to be done along with a rough estimate of what it would cost to fix the leak. Tribeca's estimate was 1/2 the cost of a previous estimate, for TOP KNOTCH service! Of course I told him to proceed, upon which Jay crawled out from under the house and immediately went to pickup his supplies & returned ready to perform the work. The whole process took less than a day! The property owners, the buyers & I were MORE than satisfied with the work performed by Tribeca Plumbing (and Jay) and would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work preformed in the Metroplex.

Today was my first time using Tribeca. I found them based on reviews. Very pleased with today's work! The plumber (Juan) replaced a toilet and diagnosed a leak. The leak diagnosis was very thorough (I am extremely impressed). They will be coming back another day to repair the leak (which they gave me a quote for today). After they do the additional work I will write another review. So far, very pleased!

Tribeca Plumbing replaced all of the old cast iron pipes below my foundation with new PVC pipes, and Blake was so great to work with. This is a job that no one wants to have to have done, but Blake made it as bearable as possible. He was extremely communicative, respectful, and made sure the job got done as fast as possible, the right way. He and everyone else were also genuinely nice and honest, which I especially appreciate after all of the house projects I've had done. I did not have the same impression of some of their competitors that I got bids from, which is why I chose Tribeca.
