Tyler was very efficient and knew what needed to be done. Was affordable for what it is. New flange in new floor, install and properly checking for leaks(None). Would call them in the future if needed.

Jay was simply THE BEST when I needed a plumber to do repairs while under contract on a listing in the Dallas Area. The guys at Tribeca Plumbing are responsive, knowledgeable & fairly priced.
Jay was at the property within 24 hrs of my call for an estimate, and actually called me while he was UNDER the house (pier & beam) to report what needed to be done along with a rough estimate of what it would cost to fix the leak. Tribeca's estimate was 1/2 the cost of a previous estimate, for TOP KNOTCH service! Of course I told him to proceed, upon which Jay crawled out from under the house and immediately went to pickup his supplies & returned ready to perform the work. The whole process took less than a day! The property owners, the buyers & I were MORE than satisfied with the work performed by Tribeca Plumbing (and Jay) and would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work preformed in the Metroplex.

Today was my first time using Tribeca. I found them based on reviews. Very pleased with today's work! The plumber (Juan) replaced a toilet and diagnosed a leak. The leak diagnosis was very thorough (I am extremely impressed). They will be coming back another day to repair the leak (which they gave me a quote for today). After they do the additional work I will write another review. So far, very pleased!

Tribeca Plumbing replaced all of the old cast iron pipes below my foundation with new PVC pipes, and Blake was so great to work with. This is a job that no one wants to have to have done, but Blake made it as bearable as possible. He was extremely communicative, respectful, and made sure the job got done as fast as possible, the right way. He and everyone else were also genuinely nice and honest, which I especially appreciate after all of the house projects I've had done. I did not have the same impression of some of their competitors that I got bids from, which is why I chose Tribeca.

Juan was at my home within an hour of inquiring with Tribeca about repairing a leak. Tribeca charges a premium price for a premium service. If I'm ever in a bind again I would trust Juan and Tribeca to deliver a solution.

Jay did a great job troubleshooting our problem with 2 new tankless water heaters. They work great now. Highly recommend for expertise where other plumbers couldn't fix and timeliness. We like Juan too. Owners seem to care about the customer too.

Tribeca plumbing is fantastic. They came out and helped me with a re-pipe and did such a great job. They were knowledgeable, efficient and very well priced. Have used them for un-clogging kitchen sink and again for this. I will always call them when I have a plumbing issues.

I live in a 50 yro highrise, which means that there are many idiosyncratic issues with plumbing, created over 50 years. We own two condos, and there is another one in the family, and, thus, we've had many plumbing repairs over the years. We also used several plumbers or plumbing companies before we found Tribeca. I found Tribeca's prices to be more than reasonable. Additionally, it's response time is the quickest I have EVER experienced, and Tribeca's plumbers have never been stumped by the weird plumbing issues in our building. I will never use anyone else, and refer all of our building issues to Tribeca, which are lot, because there are about 350 units in the building!

Extremely rude, unprofessional company. Do not use. If I could give zero stars I would.

I called this company to request service and inquire about price. The next day, the plumber calls and states he is on his way, I ask for clarification on the price for the service call, the plumber told me the price. I then get a call from the office telling me the service I requested was a waste of their time w slight agitation and rudeness. Confused, I ask politely why the cancellation? The man from the office told me that his plumber told him I wasn't going to pay for the service call. I explained this was incorrect, I never said that and had every intention of paying. The man then got heated with me saying he "EXPLICITLY" told me the price the previous day, and hung up on me. Needless to say, no service was completed, and clearly this company is in a position to choose their business. Do your self a favor and please do not choose theirs.
