This company has outstanding customer service, thorough service, and highly professional techs! I cannot speak highly enough of Triangle. Donna, Tom, Chris, and everyone at Triangle are conscientious of their customer's needs and truly care about their customers. They try to keep costs low and do not perform unnecessary repairs when possible. They have serviced our air conditioner for many years!

One thing I do mention is that they do have busy times and are cognizant of the schedule of their techs. Since there are so many people who recognize what an amazing service they have, they can only service so many customers a day. If it is a true emergency, they will make sure they come out promptly. However, if it is not an emergency, they will do their best to get someone out. My advice is to be patient!! They are worth it!! They often come out quickly!!

We've had Triangle Refrigeration as our go to AC company for over a decade and we have never been disappointed. They installed our unit initially at a great price. We've bought a service plan every year (a really great value) so we can be sure of dependable cooling throughout the season. Most of all, when you do need them, they are RIGHT THERE, in time and as promised. You can't beat Triangle for AC installation and support in the greater Fall River-Providence area.

We've been using Triangle for years. They've never been great at customer service but always very good.
Recently things have taken a turn for the worse. On December 23rd we called for a repair on our heating system. We're told that it won't be possible for anyone to come look at our heat until January. During the first week of January, 2 technicians arrive and inform us that they need to order parts. It's now January 13 and they have yet to return.
Temperatures are now very cold and all of our product in our warehouse is in danger of being ruined.
Why the negative review?
Horrible communication and horrible response to an urgent situation.

The Update: I called another hv/ac company and they came the very same day and had it repaired the next day. The needed part was easy to find.
