A Representative came out on a Tuesday to look at our master bathroom, spent 1 1/2 hours evaluating the project and told my husband and me that we would get an estimate by Friday or at the latest on Monday.
Today it's been two weeks and NOBODY has called with an estimate. I have called the company at least four times asking for the person who came to our home and I'm always told they are out of the office and they will leave them a message. Still nothing.
The last time I spoke to someone they said there was no record our our consultation. I was told that the owner of the company will look into it and call me back. That was a week ago and STILL NOTHING!
They obviously do not need my business and if this is an indication of their customer service, they are unlikely to get my business. I would strongly encourage others to avoid the frustration and pass this company on by when looking for a contractor. If I could rate them lower than 0 I would, but I would recommend taking your business to someone who will respect you as a customer.

We would like to thank Triangle's CEO for his attention and concern to our complaints on a recent job they did for us. He came to our house in person and concurred with us that the job that was done was not acceptable. He then dispatched a new crew to our home and the job was re-done to our complete satisfaction. As a customer, sometimes it's important to remember what we wanted our results to be and to work peacefully to solve the problem. Because we communicated and were responded to in a very good way, our results were very satisfactory. We're very pleased with our final experience and would recommend this company.

Kobi and his Triangle Construction work crew were great. We remodeled/retiled two very ""tired"" bathrooms and they now look sleek and modern with the subway tile design, nicely laid out by his crew. What was a relief to us, as newbies to the home improvement world, is that Kobi's crew showed up to work every day as scheduled and were always professional and courteous. It was a very good experience!

These guys are BAD NEWS. The other day, as I was getting out of my car in our driveway, I was approached by a man named ""David"" who had flyers from Triangle, and said they were doing construction in the area and wanted to let me have his contact information in case there were any problems involving his crews, the dumpsters, etc. So then he starated chatting me up, asking how long we'd owned the house, etc. and what work we'd had done. I told him we'd done some remodeling over the years and that we had a contractor. He asked ""if there's one thing you'd still like to do, what would it be"" - which normally would have been a red flag for me, but I had just come from a minor medical procedure and was not focused on it, and I answered, ""the driveway,"" so he right away started trying to set up an appointment to give me a bid. I explained that we weren't interested right now, that we had vendors we liked, etc., and he kept trying to pressure me. So, like an idiot, I gave him my phone # at my office, to try to get rid of him. STUPID STUPID STUPID. He has been calling my office, citing a mythical appointment we'd supposedly set up, ever since. I called Triangle today and spoke with someone there to tell them that this was harrassment, a violation of federal law, etc. She apologized profusely, saying that's not how they operate, etc. etc. - nice, except that as I was talking to her, I googled Triangle, and saw that they had settled lawsuits based on violation of the Do Not Call list.

I do not know what kind of work they do. I do know their tactics are shady. I was expecting a call from someone to bid on my job when I got the call. Assuming it was the man I was expecting I allowed them in to do a bid. I was told they worked out of the Costco on Washington and Lincoln and if I was a Costco member I would get a special discount and Costco would insure the job. Upon checking the license I found they were licensed for framing and contracting, and not painting and some of the other work I needed. He put on a show of calling Costco about rates and when the workers would come. My daughter went over to Costco, who never heard of them and who do not work with outside contractors. He had given me this brochure from Costco, but when he left and I opened the folder with all the material I found that the Costco brochure had disappeared. I had signed a contract, but upon learning this information, I cancelled it immediately. The salesman called and was insistent that we must have looked at the wrong license # or at another company with a similar name. And then, the last straw, he sold my name and number to a group that sell it to contractors who are looking for contacts. I immediately got another cold call and the contractor told me where he got my number.

Violates the National Do Not Call list. When asked why they hung up.

When I was contacted by the sales representative, I was impressed. It was a cold call and I don't usually respond to those. He said he would call me back that evening to see if they could schedule an appointment. He did not call back so I thought ""oh, well, no surprise"". However he did call back two days later. I did schedule an appointment. He did ask a lot of questions. We scheduled an appointment but I told him, since they required both of us to be there, that I would have to get my husband out of work. Another person called three hours before the appointment to make sure we would be there. Bottom line: I rescheduled my day, got my husband out of work, and we were at the house 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. 20 minutes AFTER the scheduled appointment I call the sales rep. He talked to the OWNER of the business and called me back to say they did not have anyone available to come over. WHAT????!!!!!!! Any company who is this disrespectful of your time will be an absolute disaster. I have owned a company for 30 years and would NEVER treat anyone like this!!!! We really needed a lot of remodel and I would NEVER use them!!

If I could give negative stars I would. They call too much. Come on, I have an answering machine for a reason. Leave a message! But no, they just keep calling and wondering why I don't answer. It's really unprofessional. We actually even made an appointment for an estimate and they no-showed! No thank you! Should have reviewed them on here first! Thanks yelp!

I have been receiving cold calls from Triangle Construction several times a week for years now. They just called again this morning using yet another spoofed phone number. They constantly change the number that shows up on your caller ID . So, as soon as you block one number, they immediately start calling again from another one. I no longer answer telemarketing calls, but in the past I have repeatedly told them that I am on the Do Not Call list. They don't care.. One guy actually laughed and asked me how that was working for me. I've also had them scream obscene things at me when I ask them to stop calling.
Whatever you do DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. If they have to market themselves this way then clearly they cannot rely on repeat business or referrals to keep them going. That tells me that they do bad work and will sc*** you the first chance they get.
Please, stop letting these jerks come out to your house to give an estimate. It's the only way to make them stop using harassing phone calls to drum up business.

I have enjoyed my experience with Triangle Construction. Kobi was my first introduction to the Triangle family. With his knowledge and professionalism, he helped me with the serious decisions on whether to start a project. He was always available to answer my questions or he would stop by often to check on the progress of a project. I have used this company for several successful projects from bathroom remodels to complete kitchen remodel. With each project, I met craftsmen with the knowledge to skillfully complete each project above expectations. Projects were completed on a timely basis. The job sites were left clean and tidy at the end of each work day and at project completion. My home is now a showcase that I had dreamed, For over two years, Triangle has been there to help me with all my remolding needs. If I have any future projects, my first call will be to Kobi and Triangle Construction. I have recommended Triangle to my friends that have had construction needs.
