Dennis was referred by another happy customer and we weren't disappointed. He came out the same day I called him because we had a bad leak in our kitchen. He found the problem quickly and solved it for us right away. He was professional and didn't mind that my kids were an audience. I asked him to install a new faucet which he did beautifully! The wrong one was in the box, so he waited patiently for me to exchange at the store. A nice touch was that he wore booties in our house so as not to dirty the carpet and he even vacuumed up his mess. I would highly recommend him. Professional, reasonable, so nice !

I found Dennis on Yelp and I am happy I did. I was adding a master bathroom to my house which consisted of adding copper lines, wastes, installing a whirlpool tube, and then installing all of fixture finishes.
Dennis did an amazing job at my house. He was responsive, professional, took pride in his work, gave great recommendations, executed, and was fun to work with during the process (I remember he quoted Beyoncé one day....haha....to the left to the left.....haha). He always went above and beyond at my house and did extra work without charge.
All of these qualities are hard to find nowadays.
I look forward to working with him in the future.

Wow! So sad. I've used Tri-Valley before & couldn't believe the ""they don't call back remarks"" until it just happened to me. They did a terrific job in the past but I gues the past is just that. I called a week ago and NEVER received a response. USA Plumbing did though and they did an excellent job.

Plumbing issues on the weekend can really be frustrating, but Tri Valley Plumbing helped make it not so bad. Victor arrived earlier than the planned appointment time and was quick to lend a helping hand. He was so professional, honest, and had our plumbing working in no time. He gave us important tips for how to prevent clogging. If you need a plumber be sure to ask for Victor. I couldn't be happier with his services.

They do not return phone calls at all. I gave up and had to hire another plumber. It's too bad because it's just a matter of getting back to your good customers in a timely manner and they just can't do it.

I woke up to water running out of my garage with a pool of water at the base of my hot water heater & furnace. One call and I had a technician scheduled within 2hrs. Victor arrived on time and ready to work. He was thorough and explained everything in layman's terms before he did any work to set expectations. He was quick, clean, transparent in pricing and reasonably priced for on demand plumbing needs. I would invite Victor back into my home -I stuck his business card to my hot water heater for future reference.

Dennis remains the top reason I always find my contractors on Yelp - he just finished a laundry list of plumbing tasks at my house, did fine work, and charged a very competitive rate. He always goes above and beyond -- this time, he painted our exposed PVC pipes to bring them up to code, and they look better, too. I think this was Dennis's fourth visit to our house in three years (he helped us during a large remodel), and I'm just as impressed as ever. Great work, Dennis!

Dennis came out to my house to check out my water heater in my garage that had been leaking for about three days. The day before, Ben Franklin came out and gave me a $3,000.00 estimate to fix the problem by replacing the water heater in question. Dennis used his expertise to quickly diagnose the problem as a leak, not from the water heater, but from the hot water intake line. He removed the line, cleaned the connection, and reconnected the intake line with plumbers tape on the threads. Not only has there been absolutely no leak for the past two weeks, but I did not have to replace my water heater as the other company was so fast to suggest. Dennis is the best in my opinion. I would hire him in a second to do any plumbing work I need. Thanks Dennis! You are the best! Frank

Dennis has done a couple of jobs for me - including a very tough repair in my downstairs toilet where a tiny leak in the waste pipe from the upstairs bathroom had caused some major water damage. Like all jobs, one problem leads to another, but Dennis took care of everything - and hooked me up with a new water heater as mine was on its last legs and still got the job done in a day. He also hooked me up with a construction guy to fix my shear wall and a dry wall guy to patch up at the end. I heartily recommend Dennis - he gets the job done, to a high standard and is very reasonable.

Called this service after my neighbor across the street recommend Dennis. Got an answering machine and left them a msg requesting a call back. It's now the following day and still no call back. Ended up with a different plumbing company to work with so they need not call me back anymore. I had heard good things from my neighbor but I can't say the same about his promptness in call backs.

Didn't think the other people leaving reviews about not returning calls were referring to this Tri-Valley company until I called their number (925) 556-5511 yesterday (Monday) at around 10:20am and had the same experience.
