This is long overdue because I'm not a professional Yelp reviewer. I had a leak in my upstairs shower, and the water was coming through my downstairs kitchen ceiling. I was afraid the repairs were going to include cutting into the ceiling and patching up the drywall. Dennis came in and quickly troubleshot the problem to a gap between the bench in the shower and the wall, which had separated over time due to the house settling. The shower head had been pointing at this corner of the shower. He spent some time making sure it wasn't the drain and the behind the shower faucet. He ran the shower for minutes with the head pointed down and confirmed it was the bench. To fix the issue, I re-caulked the bench and replaced the shower head with a rainfall type. It's been over a year and there has been no leak.
