I came home from work and noticed water in our master closet. I called Tritek Plumbing and "Tommy" told me he'd be here first thing in the morning. He arrived on time and told us exactly where the leak was coming from. Fast, reliable, honest and gave us a great price. I highly recommend Tritek plumbing!

Trying to find a plumber for some simple work proved to be a challenge. After requesting quotes from 10 local plumbers, some never responded, some requested pictures of the work in question and then never responded, one had bad availability, one was just off the charts with their prices (more than double!!!)... ugh.

Thankfully, Tommy at Tri-Tek responded with a fair price and was able to get me scheduled at a suitable time for my hectic schedule. The crew didn't call before arrival and they were a bit late but this was fine because I did give them a window to complete the work in and they were well within the time frame.

Once the two man crew arrived, they quickly got to work and checked off the items one-by-one. When it was time to come inside, they took their shoes off and they did a good job of cleaning up afterwards.

There was an issue with two of the items that resulted in a very small leak (a very slow drip) at each one. It took a few days to get them back out to address it, but part of that was due to my schedule. They were able to take care of both issues.

As a diligent homeowner, it can be a frustrating experience trying to find a company that you can trust and recommend. Thankfully, I can now rely on Tri-Tek and I won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Tommy, the owner of the Tri-Tek plumbing in spring, texas is the very best for repairing my broken pipe outside my house. After calling five or six plumbers and getting all kind of excuses and reasons why they could not fix it Tommy and his excellant repair guys fixed my pipe. No nonsense plumbers. If I could put 100 stars I would! The gentleman that came over were extremely professional and very polite. They even took their work boots off before coming into the house. I had never experienced that before, so I was pleasantly surprised. They were able to fix the issue quickly, And they answered any questions I had. I will definitely call these guys again if I ever have another issue with my plumbing! :-)
