If I could put 100 stars I would! The gentleman that came over were extremely professional and very polite. They even took their work boots off before coming into the house. I had never experienced that before, so I was pleasantly surprised. They were able to fix the issue quickly, And they answered any questions I had. I will definitely call these guys again if I ever have another issue with my plumbing! :-)

These guys are amazing! Tommy called me back and got me a quote super fast and the absolute best price in town. (Checked with 4 others and they were all trying to over charge me, but not these guys!) Super fast turn around! They replaced my water heater.

He is a really nice guy too which helps when dealing with the not so fun world of plumbing problems...

I called for a quote and they were able to come out the same day. Had a problem with one of the toilets still and they came back out at my convenience. They are very affordable and do great work. Tommy is a pleasure to do business with. I wouldn't call anyone else for any kind of plumbing problems. They are a local company and work right here in the community. Tri-Tek fixed my water heater at a fraction of the price of what a new unit would cost. The tech was really professional and honest. There was also really good communication with him from the get-go. I asked him if it was repairable and he said he was pretty sure it was upon looking at it. He fixed the unit pretty quickly and now I have my hot water back! He estimated that my water heater has about 2-3 years left. He also recommended different brands of heaters for me to look at when I'm ready to buy a new one in case I don't hire them. I will probably be calling them back then though!

I had a middle of the night emergency with a leaky gas line in my home. After centerpoint came out to shut the gas, I called out another big company initially who quoted me $1600 for a small fix and were very pushy and didn't seem very educated in their field.

I wish I had called Tommy from Tri-Tek first! I called them out the next day for a second opinion, and I was so lucky I did. Their repair was a fraction of the quote from the bigger company I had initially called out. They were out here within a half hour after I called them out and were so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I will for sure be using them for all of my plumbing needs from now on and cannot say enough nice things about this company to my friends and family.

It's nice having peace of mind that my repair was done correctly and that I didn't get taken advantage of in the process.
