Incompetent, ill prepared, sloppy, left a mess. That's just to describe him. He was to take down a wall unit came with his truck full of junk. So no place to put the unit. Asked me for a hand cart so because my condo assocp. didn't have one available he had to come back a 2nd time. Which wasted my time and gas. He never showed up on time each always hours later. Made excuses on why he couldn't get another truck. Came back the again for the 2nd time no hand cart. Fortunately my building had one available otherwise he would had to come back a 3rd time. THIS GUY WAS THE WITST HANDYMAN IVE EVER USED!

The more he texts me, the more I will keep posting photos of the conversation. I assure anyone reading the messages keep getting worse.

Open up the ceiling. He couldn't fix the problem and went the cheap way out. That stopper he put on didn't work. He says he doesn't work the weekends. I'll post the text messages with him offering to come out on Saturday and then Sunday. He offered. Then he stood me up two times. He says he doesn't care about my ceiling. So, he floods the house, and doesn't care?
Further, after I filed my police report today, the officer investigated his company. He has no license. His company hasn't been in good standing since last year. It has been forfeited. He is working without a license. Be completely aware of this.
Oh and go to his website. He has links to his YouTube with himself in bed shirtless ranting about random things. This guy screams weirdo and unprofessional. I see why he made such an egregious claim about me. He clearly his mind is very dark. I didn't even ask for my
Money back originally. I asked him to look at until he stood me up. Then I politely asked for a refund. This isn't a scam. Like at all. This guy has threatened me so much today. So much. House destroyed, had to take time out of my day to meet with the police for an hour. And then says he is going to have swat come destroy walls in my house. He said he would make it all go away if I delete my review. It's so insane to me. Said he will destroy my life over $375.

It was freezing in my house as we hadn't had heat on the main floor for a week. I thought I just needed my thermostat replaced. Bryan found out that it was a problem with the fuse and thermostat wires and fixed it right away. Also fixed a pipe that had been leaking. Quality service, customer oriented and fair pricing. I will definitely be using this company in the future.
