They came did nothing to fix my plumbing problem and charged a lot. I was not home at the time but when I returned home it was apparent the problem was still there and had not been addressed. They are a bunch of thief's!
Once again Tri State Plumbing helped us when we had a plumbing problem. We only have one bathroom and our tub was not draining at all. I called and within a few hours a plumber was here and fixed the tub and replaced a part on our toilet too. We have lived in this house for 21 years and have only needed a plumber a few times and every time Tri state came through with fast and professional service! We are very grateful.
Came out quick. JR was great. Figured out the problem and fixed it fast. Highly recommend.
What a GREAT group of folks!!!... Good work , fair prices & best of all , everything (ALL the mess) was cleaned up before they left....we will definitely call them in the future for all plumbing & heating needs....Thank You for making a molehill out of a mountain concerning our rotted sewer line.......if You need GOOD work by caring people call TriState...You won't regret it
My builder subcontracted with Tri-State to do the heating and plumbing for a large-scale home renovation and addition. I've been very pleased with my builder (WES Construction) but deeply dismayed by Tri-State's poor performance. Tri-State miscalculated the heating needs of the additional spaces (e.g. the new master bath is too cold and a new family-room space is too warm) and failed to address loud banging sounds in the upstairs heating pipes.
Tri-State also performed a hot water heater ""repair"" that left me with a water heater that repeatedly makes popping sounds (keeping a tenant awake at night) and releasing hot water into my utility room. Not only are they refusing to come back to my home to fix this condition; they have sent me a threatening letter (warning of ""action"" that will have a ""detrimental affect (sic) on your credit rating"") if I don't immediately pay in full (I have already paid for the heating & most of the plumbing work but am withholding payment for the hot water heater repair pending resolution of the matter). My efforts to work matters out amicably with Tri-State have yielded no response.
