Please please don't think twice about this company. There horrible people take your mom and don't show up. Every time it's a different excuse. Please don't throw your money down the drain. I really think it's a fake company. There a scam.

Update on the scammers Tri Star plumbing.... Clearly your motto is FALSE! ""Your money wo t go down the drain"" You took $800 for a job unfinished still and its been a month later... We have no heat due to you not finishing the job. You have given more excuses and given your ""word"" to finish the job several different times and here we are... Still not done still no heat cause you can't finish. My boyfriend asked for a refund and you offered a couple hundred back... So we paid 600 for you to put a few plastic pipes in???? Is this really how you expect to keep your business running? Hope you have a back up plan cause this company is going down for poor customers service and stealing people's money.... You have tons of bad reviews everywhere. See you in court.

HIred this company to take care of 2 of my rental houses. They installed a water heater and after that the tenant had no hot water. Pirvis convinced me that it was the piping so I have him change the piping... $2000 later still same problem. He would say they are on the way and never show up; Also, they would call and say it was too late to come out, but they claim they are 24 hours???? the other house had some minor repairs that needed to be taken care of. He came and looked and told me $300 down. I paid him.. pulled the same BS . My tenant would wait for him. He would call and say we are ion the way (this happened 3 times, before i fired them)... no show.. one time, they called from the other house and said they were there. very unorganized.. He talked a good talk, but never followed through. after I told him I was going to rip him up on social media unless he refunded me my $300.. I even told him I could come to his office to pick it up..He said check was sent... that was 2 weeks ago.. THIS GUY IS A CROOK DO NOT USE HIM... Pirvis, you have caused me a lot of unnecessary stress if you are reading this just give me my $300 and I will remove this feedack along with all the others I will be leaving..

Tri Star Plumbing.....

This company has the poorest customer service ever!!!!!!! I had a appointment with this company 3 times each time they did not show up my appointment was at 9am 2 ..no one showed... I had to call he stated someone is coming it takes a hour to get to Southfield from Canton.(okay)....2 hours later no one no called I called no one answered.. (there business line)....what type of business is this ???????....On the first appointment he strung me along all day...then stated that it got to late they would come the next day ..Sunday...then when they didn't show again....... I called and told he vall me back and stated he was at church...and he would call his people...I ran out to Sams club in Canton no sooner than hanging up with him I was already in route.....and he was there with his family...he didn't know I saw him he never called back . To update me at all...
So unprofessional!!!!!! He got another chance to redeem his company and is a no show again!!!!!!!..I called and he said the same thing someone is coming and it takes a hour to get to where I am.??? BUT HE SET THE APPOINTMENT AT 9AM!...It's 12pm haven't heard from him or anyone from his company.....I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!!!!!!...I HATE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!
