John Brady recently installed a new a/c in my home and I am very happy with his work. He came out to my home to do an estimate the very next day I called him. He then provided options and pricing with the install with informative answers to concerns I had. On the day of the install John arrived at 7:30am and spent about 12 hrs working while keeping me updated with his progress. I am very happy with his workmanship and his price was very fair especially with the quality of equipment he provided. I highly recommend John with your hvac install or repair.

Had issues with area of house where water line is run through an unconditioned attic. On days where temperatures are in the single digits lines were prone to freezing.

Quickly responded to a request to install two inlime shutoffs to allow me to shut off water to that section of house when temperatures are forecast to be extremely low.

John was great! We had a tub faucet that was leaking. I had purchased a faucet cartridge for the unit, but I was not able to DIY. He used special tools to remove the old cartridge and placed the new one. Very nice and efficient. He was the first to respond with a Yelp request, (my prior plumber retired) and we will hire him in the future for other needs when necessary!

Excellent service. Despite having a full schedule on a Saturday, John responded to my call to fix my steam boiler on one of the coldest days of the year. He was extremely knowledgeable, prompt and courteous and I will definitely be reaching out to him for my future needs. 5 stars easy!

We've had a bunch of vendors come and tell us to replace our boiler, but John came out and recommended getting a cleaning because the boiler is still functioning. He also offer replacement options as well, so we appreciated the multiple options. He was very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. I am so greatful for calling this company. I recently just moved into the renovated home but the people who renovated did a shobby job on the home and did alot of ""quick fix. So i had a water heater that was installed incorrectly and illegally. I call the plumber to install a water filtration system not know that my water heater was a problem. He uses his CO detector to see if Carbon Monoxide was coming into the house. The meter said 24 and he said the meter is suppose to be at 0. So since aug-dece me and my family been slowly taking in CO without even noticing. Something so small like that could have killed us if he didn't talk me about it. So he changed out my old water heater and installed the new water in no time. I am very grateful for calling him to fix that issue. I will be calling him to install my water filtration system
