A fine company. I was recommended by a friend, and had them out twice to my new (old) house for some work. First they dealt with a leaky drain under the foundation, and then came back to install some backflow preventers on my sump pump.

The guy who came out knew what he was doing, and was clear about his recommendations and did a fine job.

Dealing with their office over email was OK -- not great (I get the impression they normally do business over the phone, which I cannot stand), but they did confirm my appointment and whatnot. They were pretty slow (about 45 days) to get the bill out to me (which, not like I'm in a huge hurry to pay them, though I'd kind of forgotten about it). That's the main reason I went from 4 to 5 stars.

Pricing I think seems about normal for a plumber. Certainly not cheap, though I didn't feel gauged or anything.

I'll definitely use Tri Star again as I have need for a plumber.

Tri County Plumbing is the best plumbing company -- anywhere. From the moment you talk with Tina, who does the scheduling, to having Roy come and take care of whatever plumbing emergency you're having, it's impeccable service. I recommend them to everyone I know who is needing a plumber.

We had a major front yard leak. So bad the water company came to our house, the yard was turning into a swamp. We called the BIG name guys and they were booked for two days and told us if we wanted someone to come before then they would charge US OVER time.. even though it was NOT during emergency hours. THIS was urgent however my father is a senior and $300 just to look at the leak was insane.. SO WE CALLED TRI COUNTY in Gresham. THE OWNER himself was at our HOUSE within an hour and had the leak fixed within two hours. Super nice guy and did an awesome job. I can't even tell you how happy he made us and the bill wasn't not even what the other guys wanted to charge to JUST drive out to the house.. This company saved us that day. Don't ever hesitate.

Have had Roy out for more work and he always rocks it. They schedule, they arrive and get the job done. Always will recommend him!

The fact that he has a dedicated person to schedule and to answer calls is so smart too. Someone is always able to pick up the phone and Roy can focus on the awesome work he does. I see a lot of contractors who handle their own schedules and all of that. Sometimes that works, but a lot of times they can't juggle it all and it compromises their business.

We have a clogged toilet. I sent Tri-County plumbing a message on Sunday, asking for a quote and whether or not they were available to come out on Monday or Tuesday of this week it's now Wednesday and I haven't heard anything back from them. Not a very reliable company if you ask me!
They deserve no stars, but it won't seem to let me post without giving them at least one.

Totally impressed. Went out and bought s hot water heater thinking ours was on its last legs ($980). Called Tri County after their competitor stood us up twice. Tri county came out and took a look planning to install today. After looking at it they recommended leaving it be (has several more years life) and left w/o charging for the inconvenience! Will definitely be calling them for all my future needs. Were extremely professional.

Awesome!!!!!!!! Roy is a very down to earth guy who does not gouge his customer.
He is laid back, very professional, and his rates are incredibly reasonable. If you have plumbing problems, call him and you will understand why he gets a five star rating from everyone!!! Rick H. wood village OR.
