I've been working with Tri County for several years now. My property is very complicated and with lots of moving parts to go wrong I have been able to count on Keith and his team every time. They maintain two boilers, two oil tanks, a humidifying system and myriad plumbing issues. Emergencies are handled quickly, the office staff is pleasant and efficient and the guys who come out are knowledgeable and nice to work with. What more do you need?

I had an appointment for a boiler cleaning between 9-11am. After 11am I received a phone call from the technician that he would be at the house in 15 min. I waited and waited. I presumed he was tied up at a service call. I waited close to an hour and called the office. They called him and he stated he was at my house, no one was home and he left a note. My car was in the driveway, garage door open and I was sitting watching tv. And there was no note left. Apparently he went to a similar address in another town. He then calls me back and my question to the office and the tech was, if you just called me & said you would be at house in 15 min & claim no one was home, why wouldn't you call me back to say you're outside? He calls me and states he went to wrong house but he's now outside & could I let him in. I go outside & he's no where to be found. I called him back & asked where are you? He doesn't know. I called the office & told them I don't want this man touching my boiler. I sat & waited for hours & wasted my time. Took time off from work. Even after complaining to lady in office, I thought I would have received a call from the owner. Never happened. This was my first experience with this company. And the last.
