After finding Tri-County Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning through a quick Google search, I reached out around 4 pm on a Thursday regarding a problem with my tub. Although I couldn't reach anyone right away, I left a message and received a call back within 30 minutes. I spoke with the owner, who reassured me that someone would be out the next day.

True to their word, a representative arrived promptly around 9 am the following morning and got right to work. Within 90 minutes, my tub issue was resolved, and he took the time to walk me through the steps he'd taken to fix it. I really appreciated the quick response and efficient service from Tri-County Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, and I'll definitely reach out to them for any future plumbing needs!

I hired Tri-County Plumbing to do a couple plumbing jobs at my house, and they did great work at a great price. DJ knew exactly what he was doing and taught me some things about my house and plumbing along the way. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs a hand with their plumbing!

the work was great and high quality however the employee was not to great with personality. He had a dry personality not people friendly. Can't remember his name I almost feel like I asked and he didn't respond. Younger gentleman and I felt he spent a lot of time on his phone telling his child that he was at work and the kid would call again. Need to work on people skills so that it matches the professional skills that you all provid.

I called this plumber based upon their Yelp rating and it was the best home maintenance decision I have made in a while. I brought them in to replace a water pressure valve that had gone bad, as well as a 20 year old kitchen faucet. They were prompt, efficient, courteous, and their prices were very reasonable. What more can I ask? The whole job was done in about an hour and 20 minutes! I will call these guys first the next time I need plumbing repairs!

I have used Tri County Plumbing Heating & Air quite a few times. Each and every time, Gary and his team does a great job! Some of the services I have had them do is: new furnace, water heater and a/c, new toilets, garbage disposal, and UV light in our furnace. They are very knowledgeable and provide reasonable solutions. I would highly recommend Gary's team for any plumbing or HVAC needs!

I called over the weekend to leave a message for a call back on Monday, but to my surprise Gary called back within the hour. My sink was clogged but I couldn't have a plumber over immediately due to my schedule, so we scheduled an early Monday appointment. The plumber called before he arrived, I was his first appointment, and he identified the problem quickly. It was in the walls, not merely in the trap, the result of a long term issue that had built up over time. He made sure the pipes were completely clear and the seals tight before he finished up, and also identified a leak in my sink strainer due to my excessive use of Liquid Plumber (whoops). Fortunately, he had the right parts on his truck and he fixed that too. I was very pleased with the entire experience!

If it was an option to give them zero stars, I would. Gary scheduled an appointment five days in advance, and confirmed the day of. I waited the day for a plumber to arrive, and one never came. When I called to reschedule and see what came up, he had someone else answer the business line and pretend it was a wrong number. I called from another phone, and he laughed and said ""Nope. You have the wrong number.""

Keep that professionalism in mind next time you give them a call and trust them with your home. I would never recommend them to anyone, and strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.
