Our hot water heater was leaking and was about 8 years old. The pilot light was going out and I was need of a replacement. My apartment manager called and got Tri-County Plumbing to come out and help me. They were on time, fast, and friendly. The had the whole hot water heater drained, removed, repaired, in about 2 hours. Leonard and Keith were my guys and they did a fantastic job! We are on the second floor and they still were able to get things done quickly. They were even kind even to lay down cardboard to keep my carpet clean. I highly recommend doing business with this company!

These guys are a joke. Not only is Mark a complete douche but they rarely show up when they are supposed too and then talk to you like you're the problem when you ask why they didn't show up. Eat shit tri county

I had the best experience with this company in the past 12 hrs. I have been fighting with companies to come do work. My bathtub and toilets were backed-up. Jennifer made me feel like I didn't have to worry. ""there isn't anything we can't fix'. She said they'd be there at 3pm. They were early. The fixed the problem and I am more than satisfied. I will never lose their contact information. I would recommend them anybody.

Damorus has been to our apartment several times during the past year or so and has always done a great job. He's very polite, knowledgeable, and gets the job done right. These guys were recommended so we asked for repair of weak shower stream. $385 later no repair. Has not returned calls.

They are great ! They will clear sewer back ups and do general plumbing. If you need them they come out right away. We have been very satisfied with their service at Carmichael Park Apartments.
