Had to replace an old central air system in my home. From estimate to instalation it was a great hassle free experiance. The technicians Ryan and Eli who removed old and installed the new one were neat, as in dropcloths, and proffesional. Hopefully I won't need to but would definatley use again.

HORRIBLE. Never again. We had a pipe leaking and I called to schedule an appointment. I was given a 4 hour window of 8-12 on a Monday morning. I took time off of work and patiently waited for them to arrive. At 11:40 I called to see what time they were coming. I was told someone would need to call me back. I received a call back at noon from a lady who asked me what the plumbing issue was. Apparently the man I originally spoke with about the issue never entered the ticket for work so they never scheduled the tech to come to my house. When I asked if they could come later in the afternoon since I was home from work the woman on the phone said she couldn't make any promises. She suggested I call another company. WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I DID. That other company was professional, knowledgeable and at our house within the hour. If you value your money and time DO NOT USE Tri-County Installations! They are a JOKE.
