I have nothing but great things to say about John and Tri-County Drain Specialist's service. My husband and I panicked when we noticed our sewage backed up in our basement - it was a mess! John came within an hour's notice, identified the problem, and rectified it immediately. He even showed us the camera he was using and thoroughly explained what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. Thank you so much for your attentiveness and professionalism!

i called and set up an appt. They didnt show and didnt call to tell me Why. I called 5 hours later, got a lame excuse and told me hed get back to me later that day. A week later, nothing. I would use another company if i were a customer reading this review. if you cant trust their word, how can you trust their work.

We had originally called Roto Rooter because we had an emergency on a weekend. They got here and gave us an estimate of six thousand dollars to fix the problem. I called Shad, Not only did Tri-County Drain charge half the price, they did fantastic, they were Safe, and informative during the entire process and they were able to figure out more than the ""professionals"" at Roto Rooter. I would recommend this company to anyone. They completely fixed my pipe clogs, backups, tree root intrusion, and loss of pipe due to corrosion

Shadd is THE MAN. Two years ago he came to the rescue and fixed a major issue I was having in my basement. Today, I reached back out to him as a returning and loyal customer because I was in serious need of his expertise. I had a badly clogged drain and clogged basement sink. He shows up professional as always and got right to it. Fixed a headache quicker than Tylenol. I couldn't believe how efficiently he took care of both issues. I called them and they showed up a few hours later. My mom is always having plumbing issues and I help her take care of things, so I've made the call to numerous plumbing services in the past. This was an easy, quick and affordable experience. They were really nice. Great experience with this company. I'd recommend them and I'll call them for future plumbing needs.
