We use Tri-City Plumbing for everything having to do with water in our house. (I have a very rational hatred of plumbing). Most recently Jason replaced our septic tank. He worked with the Benton County inspector to come up with a plan and alternatives and executed the plan in one day.

(Jason saved us over $3K compared to another bidder who would have had us out of our house for three days but in town so we could give him a check immediately upon completion).

Tri-City Plumbing has replace our hot water tank, replaced a toilet, and supplied a new water conditioner at our house. Jason has always done outstanding work and has backed up his work when we needed help. I will continue to call on Jason for everything plumbing.

I waited two days to have a plumber come out and tell me his boss will give me a call. Then I waited another day for the call to say they are not skilled enough to do the job. They wasted so much of my time that I had to pay another company extra to finish the work on Saturday. It took them 3 1/2 hours to do the job. There are much better plumbers in the Tri-Cities area than these guys.

Had my garage disposal quit working at 11am this morning leaking water I made a call to Tri-City plumbing and they were here within an hour and half. The service technician was very knowledgeable and the service was quick. I would strongly recommend using this company for any plumbing problems you may have.

Sump transfer pump went out. As always, Tri City Plumbing is very professional, honest and responsive. I have been dealing with an issue with our pump and have been unable to use not only all the water down stairs but my sink and dishwasher as well. With Christmas coming, it was going to be a long wait to get the pump situation resolved. Tri City made room in an already long day. Took the time to properly diagnose the problem and perform the repairs. They even waived the diagnostic fee and performed the work.
I won't post pictures but believe me they did great work.

They are a great value, professional and really work hard to do great work. I appreciate how honest and upfront they are when talking me through the problem and the cost.

Called in the morning and by early afternoon Mitchell had arrived to replace the leaking main water shutoff valve, the water heater isolation valve, and flush out the kitchen faucet. Quick, personable, efficient, and professional! I will call them again for my future plumbing needs...of which I am sure there will be plenty in this old house!
