I thought I needed a new water heater, and they said that they could be here that afternoon. I had been fighting with my water heater for a couple of days, and I traced it to an element, but that didn't make sense given that we had replaced it a short time before. I wanted a new heater. Cody arrived, and started asking questions, and then testing what was happening. He determined that the element had been damaged. He replaced that, and sure enough, the old element was destroyed. It was a perfect chance for them to sell me the whole water heater and services, but they replaced the element for a very small fraction of what I expected to pay. Couldn't be happier with their timely, valuable service. I'll call them whenever I need further plumbing help.
