Tri-City Plumbing, as a single-owner business, was active from 2000 to 2006. Earl Billiot, a master plumber with nearly 40 years of experience, founded the company in the New Orleans area. Todd became part of the team in 2006 and now oversees the business as Master Plumber.
Todd Billiot, son of Earl Billiot, entered the business in 2006. He now leads the company as owner and Master Plumber, catering to the entire Acadiana area.
