We had a slow draining bath tub for awhile and tried taking care of it ourselves. That didn't work. One morning while using the sink I heard bubbles in the toilet bowl and checked the bathtub and water was backing up. I knew that wasn't good. I checked Yelp for reviews and chose Ramon. He couldn't come out the same day which wasn't an issue with me as we weren't home. The next day (Saturday) he came in the early afternoon and got to work. He snaked my main then I added the bathtub as that was the primary problem. Low and behold he pulled out a huge thing of hair. I'd say a few years worth, problem solved. We talked about some other work that needs to be done since our house was built in 1958 etc. Honest guy, cool attitude! I would hire him again no doubt!

Right away to replace my water heater. The whole process was fast and went smoothly. It was after hours but he went back to the shop to get me a water heater and came back shortly after instead of me having to wait until the next day. He explained everything afterwards and pricing was reasonable. I will definitely use tri-city plumbing again in the future

Roman came day after Christmas to install a toilet and faucet and did a great job. I normally do thing myself but I'm getting to old for climbing under kitchen sinks. ;-) I replace the toilet myself once already but didn't like it so since I was going to have a plumber change faucet had him change toilet also. I always go online to check what the average prices for fixing stuff is and Tri-City charge me what I expected so I had no surprises on price people have to make a living. If it was more then average for this type of work I would said no but Roman got the job done and wife is happy. :-) One last thing I probably could've found somebody cheap unlicensed plumber but I will always pay a little more for a license plumber or contractor it's safer.

Ramon from Tri-city plumbing does an awesome job. He is very professional and personable. We had a pipe issue on a Friday night and he was available on short notice to evaluate the situation. He came back the next morning to fix the problem. His prices are reasonable. We will continue to call him for our plumbing needs.

Ramon was fabulous! I had another plumbing company come out yesterday, and they wanted $200 WITH the coupon. Then the drain scared the plumber and he refused to fix the problem, worried he might have to crawl under the house.
Ramon came, he snaked the drain, not scared of it all, and now my water is draining just fine in the shower!! Excellent plumber, very nice, courteous and friendly to my dog. Oh and the price was GREAT!!
I will definitely call Ramon again should I need more plumbing help.

Ramon responded to my inquiry through Yelp within just a few minutes even though it was a Saturday night, and was at my door promptly the next morning. He was friendly and knowledgable, and explained everything he was doing and what the exact charges would be before he began. He did quick diagnostics, thorough repair, and didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't need. I was very pleased with the entire experience - great customer service, professionalism, great price, great job! I will use him again and have recommended him to my friends.
