First things first, I do not write Yelp reviews. This would be my first. Tri City Plumbing is that good! We had a pipe burst in our slab foundation. After trying to get it fixed through home warranty and being without water for a week we decided to get some quotes on fixing the pipe. I called Ramon on a Sunday evening and he said he would be out early the next morning. He was on time, he saw the problem and he gave us quotes on several fixes from a patch to a reroute of the broken pipe to a repipe of the entire home. The quotes given were very reasonable (much less than the competition) and the cost to repipe the entire home with Tri City was so reasonable that we decided to go for it. I was not really shopping for price but when someone makes you feel comfortable with the process, with their expertise and also beats the prices you have been quoted the decision is easy. We also included a new hot water heater as well since ours was very old. Ramon had a team of about 7 guys out early the next morning. They were clean, they were efficient and they were fast. The entire home was finished by about 11 AM. Another team of guys came out the next day to patch the drywall and stucco and they were equally clean and efficient. I could not be happier with the entire process from the cost to the workmanship. Ramon and Tri City Plumbing have gained a customer for life.

I used this company for my plugged sink. They gave me a quick comparable with others quote, showed up promptly and unplugged the pipes. Technician was clean and courteous. It's been a couple of months since their service and everything works great.

Had some nasty roots in my sewer drain in the front yard. Had been a neglected issue from the previous owner of my property. Ramon gave me a quote over the phone and I was sold. He came to my home, fixed the issue and didn't try to raise the price on me, like other plumbers have in the past. Ramon was honest with me the whole time and got the job done. He also fixed a leaky hose faucet on the spot. Highly recommend him.

Tri City plumbing is a first class operation. Ramon and his team are very thorough, fair and informative. Not only do they show up when they say, but they will actually come early, unheard of. Don't be fooled by their five star Yelp rating you need hold on to your wallet with this place because all they want to do is price gouge their customers. They tried charging me $1,100 for a repair that cost $10.46 in parts and one hour of labor. Ramon seemed like a nice guy over the phone and he showed to look at the sewer clean out that my tractor driver pulled out on accident. Then he tells me it will cost $1,100 to fix and when I told him price is crazy he said the other guys would do the job for over $2K. That's a flat out lie and he is just looking to take advantage of customers that don't know any better. I ended up paying Ramon/Tri-city plumbers $165 to locate the sewer pipe which took 15 minutes since he was already on site, but even the $165 is stupidly priced. Afterwards, I drove 7 minutes down the road to Hirsch plumbing supply bought a cuppling and a cap. The supply store gave me a short piece of ""4 round pipe they had lying around. I drove back to my house dug out the rest of the area and installed the parts and filled the hole. With drive time it took me an hour. But if Tri-City hadn't tried to gouging me to begin with I would've just paid them to do the job and not have had to waste an hour of my time.

I almost never write bad reviews, or reviews at all, but I just had to with this company. Find a different plumber. There's plenty out there that don't try taking advantage of their customers!

I'm adding to this review because I just got a call from Ramon who was very aggressive with me on the phone regarding my post. He told me I was shady for posting a bad review and tried justifying his insanely high $1,100 quote but saying he is trying to run a business. Very bad idea to call me to try and make me feel bad about posting an honest review. He should have apologized and tried to make it better and instead he made the situation worse, shame on you Ramon.

Ramone came within 30 minutes and flushed/rootered our system within 25 minutes. We were without plumbing all night and he saved us haha and we even snaked the system ourselves from 4 different points including the wash out. Definitely will call again if needed.

I called Monday morning and said I believe I needed the drain clean-out cleaned out. Ramon said he could be at my house in and hour and a half, and he was. I showed him the drain clean-out. He went right to work and soon, the drain was unclogged. He gave me some advice to help mitigate future problems. The price was as quoted and was very fair.
