Got bent over by this experienced plumber. "" end "" after 2 floods in basement and hitting me in the ass with the usual plumbers premium to turn a wrench I'm still dealing with the same issue since November 2020! Google is great, so is YouTube , but sometimes you rely on expertise of an experienced professional and disappointment abounds. Did I mention plumbers charge extortionate prices...easy to take advantage when your at ones mercy. Educated homeowner for 17 years so I'm not just disgruntal, just looking for sorely lacking solutions.

Was having a major issue with my central air blowinghot air out instead of cold. When Pete took a look at first, he as anyone else thought perhaps the valve was stuck/broken. Being a 25 year old compressor, it seemed that I was going to need a new part and labor or a new machine. However, he further looked into the issue and had actually noticed whomever did the wiring in the past actually incorrectly wired it. So he followed their wiring, fixed it in the thermostat and instantly my coolant was entering the pipes.

He could have charged me for a new machine or labor to fix the valve which would have cost the same but he was not only honest but worked hard to find me a solution that saved me 1300 dollars.

His expertise and honesty is a beath of fresh air these days. He was also very patient with any questions I had and his overall attitude was very positive.

I highly recommend Trend and Pete.

The first time I called Trend Plumbing I was very highly satisfied. However, when I needed them again, they were a no show. When I called to see what was wrong I got no response. Months went by I decided to try them again.Same thing no show. I dont know what to say other than it is totally unprofessional to act this way. I guess they dont need customers.

What an incredible experience. Pete came at his earliest convenience and did an amazingly thorough and quick job replacing our kitchen faucet. Quite the perfectionist, his attention to detail is admirable. Pete is my go to guy for everything plumbing related for now on. I can't recommend him and his professionalism enough. After having felt that I was being ""ripped off"" by another company that came to fix my air conditioning condenser, I gave Trend a call (upon a recommendation from a co-worker) for a 2nd opinion. I reached out to them and was informed that my unit could be evaluated that same day. Fantastic!

The technician, who is also the owner of the company, came to my house on time and was quite thorough in his assessment. Within minutes he was able to tell me that the last company mis-diagnosed my issue and that a estimated $1,000 job (first quote), could be done at 1/10th the cost! He was able to fix it within minutes and my house quickly ceased to be a sauna.

It was quite refreshing to have someone who was honest and was not out to take advanage of my desperation to have my AC fixed. I was so pleased with him, that I had him evaluate my 50 year old oil boiler and will be using him to install an entire new system this fall (long overdue I'd say!). I highly recommend Trend to anyone looking to fix their heating or cooling system (he does plumbing work as well). A great guy with a lot of knowledge and more importantly - honest!
