OK at first I was very skeptical And then the kicker came he asked me for a large deposit more flags. So I called the manufacturer that makes the lining material and talk to them they gave me a very good report. So I decided to go with my gut and try the guy out. It's been a few weeks and no more backups they also did some extra plumbing and everything they did was neat clean and professional I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Excellent service! It is so hard these days to find skilled craftsmen who take pride in their work, have a deep understanding of their trade, and all the professional tools needed to produce quality results. What a pleasure and blessing it was to do business. The crew arrived as scheduled, worked continuously until completed, protected finished surfaces, cleaned up thoroughly and were very professional. I worked commercial construction for 45 years before retiring and have been disappointed many times by """"pretenders"""" claiming to be professionals. These folks are the real deal. Highest recommendation for John and his company. Other reviews mention the responsiveness and clear explanations he gives. In addition to that, we got clear and honest communication on the work needed as the job progressed, and quotations with no surprises. Our job started with replacement of iron pipes in an old South Florida house. They are equipped with new technology that allows pipes to be re-lined in place, if that's the best choice, with no invasive digging. For our situation, PVC drain pipe installation was the better choice. Not just a plumbing job... but also sound advice on what was the best option for our house, so we could make the best decision for our money. They can also restore a septic tank drain field without digging up the lawn. Who even knew these procedures existed? No more procrastination on the plumbing jobs. I'm calling these guys.

Super late review (sorry), but I was pleased with John and the crew. John was great to work with and gave me a very fair quote. Even when a snafu arose which should've increased the overall price, John honored the original quote. The crew came out promptly and on time, were very courteous, and ensured they did the work as quickly as possible to avoid disruption. Their service saved me from having to replace my entire sewer main.

We have an 8 unit apartment building in Coral Gables that was deemed unlivable because of the plumbing. After several quotes from various companies familiar with Coral Gables building compliance which I can say without a doubt is the strictest Building department in Dade county, I chose Trenchless Sewer Line Repairs. John came out and did EXACTLY what he said he was going to do and in the time he was going to do it in. Very professional and very clean work. We did run into an unforeseen issue which is normal that cost a small amount extra but compared to the scope of the work involved we were lucky there were no more unforeseen issues. John also did many extra things that he didn't charge for even though we offered to pay him for it he did not accept. He is a man of integrity and that is rare in this World, let alone this city. I highly recommend them if you have these issues, they will get the job done on time and on budget, guaranteed.

These guys are as professional as they come. My husband and I are in the midst of a a home remodel and figured it would be a good idea to line our cast iron pipes before laying our home's new floor. John (owner) was responsive and very detailed when explaining what the process entailed, how long it would take to complete, and how much it's going to cost. From a cost perspective, this company is very reasonable. More importantly though, John and his crew did not delay. We called him on a Friday and he got started on Monday morning. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to John and his whole crew. They came to our house almost immediately after my initial request. We arranged for them to start work and then they worked straight through till the job was finished. When there was a little glitch, they came back instantly (on Sunday!) Contractor performed an unauthorized debit/draw on a previously stored debit card info without my permission for $2,400. Fraudulent claim was submitted to Chase Bank. Police report was made. Pictures of work unfinished were submitted. Copy of contract was emailed to Branch Manager. Full amount of work to be performed was $2,400. Initial payment to start work of $1,150 was agreed to be paid by me. Contractor did not complete work as agreed per contract. Contractor debited my account for $2,400 additionally at a later date without my authorization. Was told by local law enforcement that this is a civil matter. The construction company was only owed $1,150 if work was completed. Work was not completed as per the contract. I am a LAFlood 2016 victim and this company came up from New Orleans/Metarie to work on my home. I am taking this company to court to get back what this company stole from me. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR ITS OWNER Alberto Moran or its AKA name it goes by as 4-19 Construction LLC or AAA Construction. My complaint can also be found on the Better Business Bureau site, the CFPB Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the Louisiana Attorney General.
