Randomly picked this company with the hope my plumbing problem wasn't that bad. My wish was not to have to dig up the foundation. My wish didn't come true. David explained to me why the floor had to be dug up and answered all my questions. Not once did he treat me like ""a dumb female"", which I appreciated tremendously. David worked with my homeowner's insurance and got the repairs paid for with my company. HUGE RELIEF and a blessing. Work turned out to be extensive. Due to family circumstances we could not leave while the work was being done. Justin worked patiently with me every day. He cleaned up every day and made sure there was not a safety issue over night. David also waited patiently for the final insurance payment. David and Justin made a stressful situation better with their honesty and professionalism. I appreciated them more than they will ever know. When all was said and done, pipe problems fixed(no worries for MANY years) and a new floor I absolutely love. If any plumbing problem arises in the future, I will call David again. I highly recommend this company and would give 100 stars if I could. Thank you!
