Technician came out to find leak, used washing machine hookups to locate the area the leak occurred then left without reconnecting washer. Wife started laundry and left house, when she came back half the house was flooded and caused damage. I asked for a refund due to the issues with the service rendered, was put off repeatedly and told that I needed to show receipts for anything fixed when all I asked for was acknowledgement the service was not up to standard and to refund my payment as the damages cost more than the service itself.

We had a leak in our garage that our appliance repairman nor the plumber could find and the plumber recommended this company. Cameron came out and spent almost 2 hours, but he located this mysterious tiny leak in a very out of the way place. He was very courteous and diligent. He then videoed it and called our plumber and explained what would need to be done. He also spotted a ground to our water tank that is no longer legal and suggested we call an electrician to get this fixed because this ground would break down our pipes. Excellent service in every way.

I own a triplex and my tenants water bill was outrageous but we could not see a visible leak, so we called trench leak detection. The man James they sent out did a great professional job but was still unable to find the leak. He asked for back up and a different set of eyes and ears to come out a few days later. Cameron showed up with James and they once again was having a terrible time finding the leak on the tenants side. They did not give up but discovered that the studio on the other side of the property was on the same meter. The studio was not being used but the back of the toilet was running the whole time. We thought the studio water bill was tide into ours but trench detection figured it all out and got use fixed up. It was very affordable and they did not charge us for 2 days of service. Cameron and James was very helpful, nice and professional all the way through the process. Crystal the lady I spoke to on the phone was very kind and concerning about our situation. I hope I don't have to do something like this again, but I highly recommend this company!! Honest, professional, low cost, very nice and understanding. 5 star Perfromance!
