I reached out to this company armed with a sewer video that another plumber took. Thinking the first company had taken care of my issue, we proceeded with finishing the basement, only to realize the waste in the catch basin meant there still was a problem. Trenchless Innovations sat down and watched the first company's sewer video and realized it didn't run completely to the main line. They spent time troubleshooting my problem and saved me the time and money of hiring a new company by pointing out that I had the right to call back the first company and have them complete the job to the end of the line. I appreciate their time and honesty.

Very informative. Scoped from the outside clean out 70 ft in. There is also an inside clean out . He was actually look for where the drain connected from the house to the sewer. That was not done. Rhonda S offered my 195 back but I just wanted the job completed. So I don't here back. She cancels my 10/8 appt. she says she emailed me I've yet to see it. After hearing 10 min of excuse after excuse why they could not come out again I called it s day. I emailed them telling the I will except the refund.

When I get the refund I will remove this post.


As I said the guy that came out was very informative but failed to look further . I called the because I don't know what to look for or what to ask.

After a home energy audit revealed that our ducts needed work we were referred to Trenchless Innovations. They came out to do an evaluation and were super nice and helpful. We ended up needed quite a bit of work done and they were very accommodating with letting us know what to expect, setting up the service, and providing confidence that everything would be fixed properly. We were very happy with their work and how well they cleaned everything up that you wouldn't even know they had been there. They were so incredibly friendly and really know what they are doing.

These guys are super knowledgeable and reliable.I called them in for a sewer lining job .Very easy to communicate and schedule,they showed up on time and did a video inspection to see if lining was what I needed.What's nice about it they give you a link to access the video after the job is done.
After the initial inspection Bob assessed the situation and we decided that lining the sewer was not needed and offered me his professional opinion in dealing with my situation.Thank you Bob for your honesty and professionalism.Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
