Our plumbing journey commenced in 2003. Our extensive experience in the plumbing service sector exposed us to numerous aging and failing plumbing systems, highlighting the necessity for repairs and complete replacements with minimal disruption to surrounding areas. We first introduced the Pipe Relining option, followed by the addition of pipe bursting and boring for water and sewer lines. As a small, family-operated company, we are genuinely invested in the quality and care of each project we handle. The Trenchless Guys is led by Matt Polcyn, a plumber with over 20 years of experience, including 12 years focused on service plumbing. He also works with local county and village departments on sewer televising and cleaning sanitary lines. Matt possesses a communications degree specializing in electronic media, and his skills in video and electronics have provided him with valuable insights into the work of televising and mapping sanitary systems for GIS applications. He has over 20 years of experience as an excavator and operator, which has been instrumental in shaping the company's approach to trenchless sewer and water replacements, significantly reducing disruption and damage associated with traditional excavation.
