We began our plumbing journey in 2003. Our background in plumbing services brought us face-to-face with many old and failing plumbing systems, making it clear that repairs and complete replacements were essential with minimal impact on the surrounding environment. We started with the Pipe Relining service and subsequently incorporated pipe bursting and boring for water and sewer systems. Being a family-run business, we are dedicated to ensuring quality and care in every job we complete. We limit our crews to ensure that we consistently deliver the quality and care we prioritize in every job we perform.

The Trenchless Guys is led by Matt Polcyn, a plumber with over 20 years of experience, including 12 years focused on service plumbing. Matt is also involved in sewer televising and cleaning sanitary lines for many local county and village departments. With a communications degree in electronic media, Matt's knowledge of video and electronics has equipped him with a solid understanding of the processes involved in televising and mapping sanitary systems for GIS purposes. With more than 20 years of experience as an excavator and operator, he has played a crucial role in developing the company's trenchless sewer and water replacement methods, greatly minimizing the disruption and scarring that often accompany conventional excavation.
