I've used Trench twice now and will go back to them for any future plumbing needs. Quick response, neat and effective service, and they're HONEST. Most recently, I was convinced I needed a new garbage disposal because I had to run it all the time to get water to drain from my kitchen sink. Joseph figured out that the holes in my splash guard were too small; he enlarged them and now everything works great! He could have easily sold me a new garbage disposal but instead it was a minimum service charge to take care of something that's been a hassle for a long time.

Joseph at Trench plumbing proved to us that he's very experienced and a professional on all our plumbing and gas line needs. He did an awesome job finding a gas leak we had outside awhile back and fixed it promptly at a very affordable price! It was way better than all the others Yelp plumber that Yelp accidentally send my request to. Which btw, passed the Gas companies scrupulous inspection. He also fixed my moms water leak in her ceiling on a Saturday, that same day! And just yesterday after sending a couple of photos of our hot water heater leaks, he texted me back within minutes on a quote to fix it and or replace it if we wanted to to go that route, if needed. He came back the next day as I requested on time to check it out and showed me another small leak above the 2 other leaks it had that was very problematic. He then gave me all the pros & cons on trying to fix it or replace it. Being we had many problems with that 20 yr old hot water heater, (which even I knew was on his last leg) I decide to go with his recommendation to replace it, and so glad I did, cuz he came back the next morning with his helper and replaced the old W.H. promptly with a 75 gal Bradford white that had the same specs and warranty as our old Rheem W.H. but with better bells and whistles, easier to control and seems to be working better than the Rheem ever did! And more importantly is not giving me any more head aches from problems and leaks! If you need a plumbing or need gas repairs, look no further because Joseph of Trench Plumbing is your man! Joseph from Trench Plumbing is absolutely awesome. There literally is nothing that we could say that we would change. He is prompt, responsive, of the highest quality, great to talk to, polite, and has extremely competitive pricing.
