Joseph from Trench Plumbing is absolutely awesome. There literally is nothing that we could say that we would change. He is prompt, responsive, of the highest quality, great to talk to, polite, and has extremely competitive pricing.

We added a gas line for some a new outdoor kitchen and he was here and done in a flash. Joseph will be our plumber for now on and we have already passed his name on to our friends.

Joseph did an outstanding job at our house installing new utilities for our laundry as well as some other smaller tasks. More importantly he was honest and fair in his work and pricing. When he originally came to our home to start the job he discovered a few leaks under our home that he could've up-charged and pushed us into fixing then and there. But instead, he recommended we go through our warranty company and get them fixed as they were likely issues that would be covered (and they were!) Joseph was responsive and easy to communicate with and was someone I felt comfortable inviting into my home. I cannot recommend him enough for your plumbing needs, he's made me a customer for life.

Little over due. I contacted Joseph for a garbage disposal that needed replacement. Many companies said they needed to send a guy out for an estimate. I had included the picture on my job request. Joseph gave me a quote that was fair over the messages and included the garage disposal and the labor. Many other companies wanted to charge more when they came to see the job or give me rates for labor and I would purchase the garage disposal. This day and age, something like a garage disposal does not require a in person quote. I really appreciated Joseph and he did a great job. Highly recommend.

I needed a new water heater but it wasn't an emergency. After dealing with two other contractors who wasted hours of my time with the ""we'll be by for an estimate"" in a 4 hour window, only to have them take a two-second glance and give me overblown, bloated estimates. I found Trench Plumbing with Yelp's request a quote and got a few emails. I like how Trench did things, by asking for pictures to get an idea of what he was dealing with, and Joseph was able to give me rough estimate as to cost without wasting my time. His prices were very reasonable. He is very knowledgeable and and I am very happy with my new tankless water heater.

About a week later, I noticed a leak under my kitchen sink and again, Joseph asked for photos of the setup, and he was able to able to come and fix that, along with replacing a leaky kitchen faucet, in a reasonable amount of time and for a totally reasonable fee.

No offense to the big companies that have enough service people to be sent out same day, but they are the ones who tried to overcharge me for basic things. I guess they have to pay for the branded company trucks and billboards. Trench Plumbing is a small business and I want to support that. I now have a plumbing ""guy"" for any future issues, and that's Joseph.

What started as a straight forward DIY bathtub spout replacement got complicated after I removed the old spout and the pipe from the wall didn't fit standard replacements sold in stores. The old pipes were also not copper and rusting on the inside. Joseph responded very quickly with up front estimates. He was easily available, very punctual and done replacing/soldering in new pipes and installing new spouts in less than an hour for two showers. Would highly recommend!

Joseph was accurate, on time, honest and was even able to come the same day to replace our leaking gas water heater. He went above and beyond to fix the earthquake straps that had been installed incorrectly many years ago. Also once seeing the job in person, he actually lowered the price based on the work that needed done. Thank you for great honest service!!

Had to replace angle valves, and called multiple companies to try to get that fixed. We had to shut off our main line for the day since there was a leak we couldn't fix. Joe had the first availability and gave a quick estimate on the work at around 8 PM that night, and came by the next day at noon.

Took about 1 hour to get the job done (job was a bit more tedious than expected), and even helped with the removal of a drain pipe that needed to be replaced without an additional cost.

Joseph stayed true to the estimate he gave, and water seems to be working fine throughout the house again. He definitely cares about just doing a good job for others, and his prices are fair.

Highly recommended, and will be keeping Joseph on call if any additional plumbing help is needed.
