I was so satisfied with Nathan I told him, ""Sir, you are my plumber."" I can't say enough about this company. It's a throwback to our grandparents' days when people did honest work for you and weren't always going for the upsell. Nathan came in and did the work that was needed. He did it quickly and professionally. What he didn't do was look for ""problem areas"" or try to sell me a water softener. I don't write many reviews, but Nathan and his team were great. I needed a full main water line replacement that required a 65 foot run, removal of some brick pavers, removal of some concrete, and removal of part of a large bush. I got 6 different quotes that were ALL over the place. Trempster was very competitive coming in less than HALF of one of the other quotes I got that I knew were outrageous and unreasonable. I don't like playing the games that some of the other companies do and I don't want to have to haggle and negotiate when I'm already stressed about it. Nathan is just a nice, normal, honest guy who you can talk to and clearly knows what he is doing.

They did the job the morning after coming out to quote me and were very professional. I expected to have to replace the bricks, but much to my surprise they were neatly stacked to the side and all intact. He also minimized the concrete cutting he had to do and swept up after he was done.

Very happy with Nathan the team. I'll definitely use them again.
