Well,

What a difference a couple of years makes. Mr. Trejo (Gavino) finally decided to pay me my money with court-mandated interest. After taking his license and putting a lien on his multiple homes he finally decided to make a good decision and pay me what was owed. Let this be an example to all the skill trades out there. You mess people over and do shady things, you will catch the wrong person, who won't spare any expense on taking your license and going the hill to make a point out of you.

If Trejo and associates had been honest and fair from the beginning, neither one of us would have been in this position. I am glad to get this matter resolved.

After a portion of my apartment complex encountered a sewage backup problem, they called Trejo's Quality Plumbing. They showed up on time, listened as I described the issue as we understood it, and offered multiple solutions that could be pursued to resolve the issue. We decided on approaching the clog from my apartment bathroom as it would allow clearing the entire pipe instead of just one section of it.

Trejo's not only brought blankets and cardboard to prevent leaving marks on my floors, but after they had successfully fixed the clog and reinstalled my toilet they even used disinfectant and cleaned my bathroom floor (which was already kept fairly clean, given the circumstances).

I really appreciate Trejo's Quality Plumbing for coming out late at night, discussing the issue, offering multiple solutions and describing the trade offs of each, and getting the job done quickly and cleanly! I highly recommend them!

Our toilet was bubbling from a clog in the line. I called 8 plumbers on a Sunday nigh and this is the only one who picked up! The owner was out of town but said he will see if his team can come service our issue soon. He got back to me within 30 min and the team showed up less than an hour later. They were able to clear the line via our clean out in the front yard within an hour. Pricing was the going rate for night/weekend/emergency work. Totally worth it. We will definitely use them again!

We received a high water bill and notice from the City that there was excessive water use. After attempting to detect the leak with the dye tablets that the City provided, we were unable to figure it out. We assumed it was the toilet since we occasional hear it running. We contacted Trejo's Quality Plumbing and although he was out of town, he was able to send someone over to assess. They arrived within the hour and were able to confirm that the leak was not from the toilet. They checked the meter and told us to contact the City, since it looks like the pipes from the street are leaking. They were fast and honest, I highly recommend and will use them for future needs.

I can't recommend Gavino enough. I had a clogged toilet and needed a plumber in the evening hours. Gavino not only was able to come quickly, but he was extremely professional from the get go. He also wore shoe booties and after declogging my toilet he took the extra step to clean my toilet bowl as well. Fantastic service and will be keeping his number on speed dial should I have any further needs for a plumber!
