this company is a scam. they are not licensed with the state of idaho. please do not use they. they will take you money and not perform service or they perform a service and continue to charge your credit card. elderly people please be aware of this company. please report them if they make contact with you about any plumbing issues. these are not licensed plumbers that come out to your home in a u-haul vehicle to make repairs. do not do business with them.

This is a big scam. I wanted them to install a salt free water softener that I purchased and they did that but such a sloppy job I was concerned. They kept saying that the tankless water heater that I requested was taking a long time to get here. Then set up a time to install the heater they said they had and when the plumber (Christian) came to install it he did not have the unit to install. So he said he crawled under the house and told me I had a leak in my main line with water under the crawl space and wanted another 6000 dollars to fix that. I have a crappy job on the water softener and no water heater and a lie about the water leak. Do not use this scam. 8 years, family owned and I am the second person to give a review. Besides the supposedly well experienced plumber was driving a rented truck with no extra parts. He had to go to the store to even get the smallest part. The last trip he never came back. Oh yes and no address of the business. The owner Richard, his office croany, Mike, an office girl and the plumber of supposed great experience, Christian. Beware my friend.
