I recently bought a house and needed to change my sewage lateral. After some research Travis Martin plumbing seemed to be moderately priced with high quality work. I've worked with other plumbers in the past so this time I really wanted to find someone that I knew I'd have a positive experience with.

Boy was I right! Travis and his awesome team showed up on time every day and got the job done! They went above and beyond to not only check the sewage lateral but also look for anything else that would potentially cause me problems in the future. Travis is kind, trustworthy and straight forward. I would hire him again and will refer him to anyone that having plumbing needs.

Hit the estimate exactly for a whole days worth of 3 plumber's work. Fixed a half dozen small things, trenched and ran a decent length of gas pipe, and installed a new toilet. Oh my god, I just can't say enough nice things about TMP! My hot water stopped working out of the blue and they came the same day to look everything over. Because our water heater was still under warranty they ordered the parts straight from the manufacturer to save us money, which was amazing since this was an unexpected expense.

Katie was friendly and so great with organizing and keeping me updated on the progress along the way! Travis and his employee where just so nice and thorough! I am so glad I went with them and would recommend them to anyone!

What a Fantastic job Travis did. Needing to have the toilet bowl actually lowered due to the old house settling over the years. Travis stopped by to take a look and give me an estimate. He assured me this was something he could handle and gave me an estimate. We set up the work. He showed up on time with his helper. They were both very courteous, friendly and explained all that they would be doing. There was no mess when they were done and he completed under the estimate!! With such excellent service why would anyone want to go out of the valley for excellent plumbing services? Highly recommend TMP!!! T/N Brookdale

We bought a weird mountain house that has needed a lot of plumbing work. We love Travis Martin and his team. It can be a challenge to get on his calendar for bigger jobs - because everyone seems to know how great he is - however, he has been extremely accommodating during multiple plumbing emergencies. They even offered to lend us space heaters while a leaky gas line was being fixed.

This crew is punctual, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We wouldn't hire anyone else.

I had a 5 day epic battle with a leaky shower. I called Travis Martin Plumbing on Monday and tried to take my place in line. The issue became worse in a matter of a day. Katie called me Wednesday afternoon and I was in the middle of a melt down. She called Travis who came to save the day. Being a single woman homeowner, I am learning as I go. Travis came in, assessed the situation and was able to fix me in 15 minutes. I can't thank you all enough. I can now get a good nights sleep. In the last 5 days I had only gotten, at the most, 5 hours sleep as I just couldn't figure out what was going on. Thank you, thank you, thank your Travis and Katie. I will certainly call you again with any plumbing issue.

Very unresponsive. Called 1.5 weeks ago, scheduled an appointment to take care of a blocked graywater line. A plumber showed up a few days later, with apparently nothing with him. Said he needs to look first, then schedule another appointment ""next week"". The ""next week"" came and gone - no calls, nothing. Called them myself, spoke with a lady in the phone - she said they'll call me back. That was on Tuesday. Today is Friday - still no calls. Can't do laundry or anything that drains through graywater line for almost 2 weeks now.

Found another plumber - case the next day and fixed everything in 1 hour.

Travis and his team are amazing. A couple days ago I walked into my bedroom to discover a huge puddle of water all over the floor. It turns out our toilet was leaking into the floor/ceiling above our room. It was a Sunday, so I wasn't sure if I'd be able to get in touch with anyone. Katie got my message and called me back that day and helped me try to figure out what was going on and assured me they could make it out Monday morning. Travis and his crew showed up and were quickly able to diagnose two issues and were able to fix them in half a day. They went above and beyond and improved the plumbing in our house. So so grateful for these guys and highly recommend!
