Travis Crawford has provided very good repair service to our heating and air conditioners over the past two years and as a result when it came time to replace one of the units, we decided to go with Travis Crawford. The installation team was professional and they had the unit installed within a day as promised. However, the air conditioning was not functioning after they left and many other installation issues were found. They had a team come to the house the following day and it took them close to six hours to fix all the issues, all of them related to poor workmanship. At the end of day two, the air-conditioning was functioning properly, and it appeared that all the issues have been corrected. Since then, no one from Travis Crawford has followed up. For anyone looking for a new HVAC system, it's going to be difficult to decide who to use . With anyone be sure to review all the work carefully. The issues with this installation were very obvious to me who is not an HVAC professional. I'm reluctant to be too harsh about this review because of the several years of good repair service. My advice is to proceed with caution.

We're thrilled with the service we received from Josh Mason from Travis Crawford today. He got here quickly, which was a great surprise on a Saturday. Friendly, excellent communication throughout the visit. He's highly knowledgeable about older units like ours. He had to get creative to fix a couple of things to get us back up and running today, but we're already back to cool air! Well worth what we paid for the visit. Josh also offered helpful guidance as we look at replacing our unit soon. We look forward to continuing to work with the Travis Crawford team to replace our unit.

Just had my spring service completed by Cody. All went well. Very efficient. Cody is very friendly and clearly knows what he is doing. The front office operation is likewise friendly and efficient. The company has an effective texting communication that works well to schedule visits and also tells the customer precisely who will be performing the service. Definitely recommend this company.

We had an emergency plumbing issue today and I was up to my ankles in water. Travis' team got right to work rearranging their schedule so they could get out here quickly. We ended up having several issues. Justin was our tech and he did a great job explaining all of our options. I definitely recommend them!

wanted to get a estimate on cleaning the air ducts and the returns. when they arrived and got to the unit all over size worker was worried about was who put the one I had in the attic. There was nothing wrong with the unit. He took his sweet time doing nothing.When he finally came back down his quote was out of this world.No pictures and wouldn't even want to do the job. Ir looked as if I had wasted my time and money just to be told they wouldn't do the job. They kept asking for a review so I gave them what they wanted. Maybe now they'll stop asking, and emailing me I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. I also believe while he was in the attic the time was spent looking through our stuff.
