Travis Crawford Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing for breached our contractual agreement by installing an HVAC unit that is of lesser quality than what was explicitly outlined in our contract. The representative attempted to stress how all the components combined meet the range. We never once discussed this as an option or configuration. I had not heard this justification until I discovered issues with what was promised, signed, and agreed upon.

I believed in his adverting and commercial being a hometown guy from the same city with him emphasizing trust, integrity, and an exceptional customer experience. This was not my experience.

Our signed agreement, dated [6/24/2027], began the install on 6/25. The team could not finish the install and could not return to complete the install on 6/26 and then arrived 45 minutes late on the 27th. The contract clearly specifies the installation of a [Goodman GLXS 17.2 seer 2 Stage AC Condenser, Goodman GSXC7048, and a Goodman GMVC800805CN].

Upon completion, I discovered that the new zone board that I was required to purchase for this premium 2-stage system was a [Goodman GLXT7CA4810 13.8 SEER 2 / they registered it as 14.2, a GRVT801005CN and a CHPTA4830C3, versus the contract GLXS 17.2 SEER 2 Stage AC Condenser], which falls short in terms of capacity, efficiency, and features compared to the agreed-upon models / products which were premium per their classification. I mentioned in text the 14.2 and believe I had a 17.2, and they indeed acknowledged it was a typo and they installed the 17.2.

Travis Crawford Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing was paid in full at the time of install: $ 16,603.00.

No one contacted us sign off on the part of the contract after completion, agreeing to my satisfaction and not having any unresolved concerns. But they made certain to accept payment in full and not honor provided a detailed breakdown that distinctly acknowledged the discount for having paid in full, then ignore all my concerns.

The community and surrounding should be made aware of the unethical practices and misleading core values. They do not acknowledge, honor, or uphold them. Rather, the company installed a much lower grade of equipment. As if it was their standard practice.

They installed a 45,000 BTU suitable for heating a home of approximately 1,500 square feet in our home of My two-level, 2296 sq ft home that has high ceilings and 12 windows and a sunroom on the lowest level.

I have emailed several times describing my concerns and sent text messages. Despite my repeated attempts to address this discrepancy directly with the company, their responses have been dismissive, agreeing to have someone contact me (never happened except one email providing me with the original paperwork), and they have refused to rectify the situation or address the basic concerns. This not only undermines the trust placed in them but also raises concerns about the integrity of their business practices. I expressed this over and over in email. Travis Crawford Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing was paid in full at the time of installation: $ 16,603.00. However, they refuse to acknowledge or address the concerns, and I don't believe that they will honor the 3-year service contract as stated.

This company easily overpromised and underdelivered at best; based on their own standards service, trust, integrity and follow through.

Friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Jarrid did a great job with today's visit from explaining and showing me what he was doing and suggesting multiple options to get the job done. Chrissy made sure we were taken care of in timely manner and also provided guidance on product selection. We continue to receive great service from Travis Crawford! Most recently Justin came out for our annual plumbing inspection. He only found a couple of things that needed service and was able to thoroughly explain the ""better and best"" options. He then returned to do the work, which also included descaling our tankless water heater. He did a very meticulous job! He's very knowledgeable and skilled. I love prevention and maintenance, so we do the summer/fall seasonal checks on thermostats, filters, equipment. I'm always pleased with their work! Highly recommend.
