Had a time scheduled for an estimate that got postponed due to a lot of snow. You would think since I was already scheduled I'd be on the top of the list soon as weather permitted, but no, he didn't come look at my situation for more than a week after my scheduled time. He then said he'd have a quote sent to me the very next day, it's been over two, almost 3 weeks and I can't get him or his office to answer me, and still never got a quote. Another local company I called was here the next day for a quote, and came back to do the job within 3 days of quoting it. Do not use TravCo plumbing. upon telling people about this experience I've found out it's par for the course for them. Take your business elsewhere.

We had our house converted from LP to NG. Travco did the work to install the new water heater, and convert the furnace, fireplace and range. 2 of the 4 (fireplace and range) still do not work . He came out once after the initial visit to try something different in the fireplace, it didn't work- he said he'd come out with a different solution. We paid him then. He's never contacted us since, even after we sent emails and called his office. The range- the oven - will not light. it attempts 4 clicks to light the flame, shuts the gas off, and waits 90 seconds, tries again....tries again, by the 4th time I shut the oven off and open the door to release the built up gas. I'm not using that oven again until I call a different plumber to repair what has already been paid for. Not happy. otherwise- he and his associate were punctual and efficient when doing the initial work of conversion and installation.

Called to fix water softener. Tested the water and changed a plastic tube. Charged $256 and never fixed the problem.

When my sump pump went out Friday I called Travco and they came and fixed it within hours. I would highly recommend them. I sure didn't want a flooded basement when all this snow melted. The guy that came was named Nick and he was so nice and very friendly.

When my basement flooded they came out within hours. They then diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour. They cleaned up the basement mess and did a better job of it than I could have done.

A month later the basement flooded again. They came out in less than 2 hours, found that the problem was the plug on my sump pump had been loosened. Once again he went above and beyond by cleaning my basement floor. There was no charge for that service call.

This company gives wonderful service, including the woman who schedules the calls. The entire staff is extremely conscientious. I'm very impressed and would recommend them for all plumbing needs.

When our basement flooded, we selected a plumber based on limited knowledge of their reputation and services. Typically, if we are pleased with services, we post a review. We are extremely satisfied by the customer focused services that Travco Plumbing, Inc. provided.
The President, Travis McCollum, texted us the night before to get more information about the issue and the product information to determine if there was a warranty we could use before services began the next day.
Greg Hutson, our Plumbing Technician, was extremely clear explaining his findings and quickly repaired our water heater (this included going to the hardware store to get a part). Greg listened to our situation, identified the problem quickly, and provided options/recommendations that fit our budget constraints. We did not feel any pressure during the entire process. Also, an itemized bill that explained every part was provided. They have definitely earned their top name in the Better Business Bureau. We highly recommend their services and plan to use them again for our plumbing needs!
