Completely robbed me for a water heater install. Weekday no weekend overtime. Charged me $2400 for a 50 gallon water heater that costs @500 at Menards. AND they left without checking everything!! The water to the master bathtub hasn't worked since the install. Two irate messages on the machine with no weekend callback. I won't do business with these people again unless I get some amazing service and rebate on Monday. Look elsewhere !!! Seriously.

BEWARE of these guys. Charged me $400 to attempt to clean out a clog & told me I had a broken pipe under my basement. Wanted $3000 to cut open my basement to 'fix' the broken pipe.
I got a second opinion & there was NO broken pipe at all.
Turned out to be a p-trap under the floor that had NOTHING to do with the clog in the main sewer pipe. (Trapmasters told me my main sewer was clear).
After I paid another plumber to diagnose & fix the main sewer clog correctly, I called Trapmasters & Brian told me he would refund my $400. But later changed his mind & never gave a reason or call back.
I dunno if it was their inexperience, or they were trying to scam me of $3000.
I hate to leave a review like this, but they were not even willing to admit their mistake & make it right. This company does not have any integrity & you should consider that if you choose them.

I called to have them install a private lift station at my home. I gave them all of the available information. They were helpful until I mentioned that they would need to get a state highway cut permit. Once they found that out, they said they were no longer interested and they would not help me. The owner himself told me "" I'm not interested, its too much work"" So much for customer service.

Immediately responded to a plumbing emergency at my residence in about 20 minutes. Issue was quickly and professionally repaired. Everywhere else I called wanted to schedule an appointment 3 to 7 days later. Next time I'm calling here first.

Great experience. They came out same day to fix my water heater. Very reasonable on price. I would definitely use them again.

Oh this company is a joke!!! They promised to install my new septic system end of April and its now august. They don't return calls and when you do get a hold of them its an excuse. At first we did have a rainy season so that was the reasoning which was fair but then the rain stops only to find out they never even applied for the permits so when they finally got those approved they came out one day and dug a bunch of trenches. Since then they've came out and removed a couple of dirt piles. They promised it will be done in two weeks but at this point im beyond having any confidence. Stay away from this company they are nothing but a nightmare.

Used Trapmasters before and they are competitively priced and do good work. They put in a new gas line for us and did a good job. Their price was very fair and they got the job done quickly.

We had trapmasters plumbing install a new septic system at our house in December. After the system was installed you could imagine the yard was a wreck. We were told by the owner that they would come out in the spring to finish the yard. We were told he would bring fill if necessary and a Harley rake. Later the next year we scheduled a date to come out in March and they rescheduled for the following week due to rain. The next week I hadn't heard from them and assumed it was weather related. After many attempts to contact them I was able to reach them June 3rd and was scheduled to come June 7th between 7 and 8 am. No show. Again after getting ahold of them they were scheduled to come out June 10th. Again, no show. Already i have told them that my laterals are completely exposed in some areas and my distribution box is not covered at all. When they trenched through the yard to run electrical wire to the pump, they cut through my sump drain and did not fix it. June 11th they came with a small amount of dirt and rushed through the job spreading out dirt in a small area. They said that is all they are responsible for and we need to hire a landscaper to do the rest. I have ruts all over my yard from the previous year some almost 8 inches deep. I decided to uncover a lateral and discovered they were barely 3 inches covered. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. The customer service is awful and the service itself was not delivered as promised.

Really dissapointed. I called them out for 2 simple problems. First visit they told me i needed to purchase a part and then could install it myself. Charged me 50.00. Purchased said part, had to call them back, another 50.00. Really got very little to no service for what we paid. Would not call on them again.

Worst plumbing service in porter county. They ruined my driveway, Chesterton had to fill in their repair of my drive way. BTW my drive is still sinking.DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
