After getting some insanely high quotes from others, I asked Tranquility to do some work with copper lines during a laundry room remodel. I needed some lines capped and a new washer outlet box tied in to the existing plumbing. It was a small job for sure - I estimated three hours and about $50 in parts, and it was hard to get someone to do it. Sure enough, it took three hours, and despite a small hiccup (my fault), the technician just rolled with it and got the job done. The job was done very neatly and professionally. He showed up in a clean truck, fully stocked and ready to work. He was very respectful of my home, and did things the right way, not the easy way. I was referred to them by a friend (a referral I should have asked for in the first place) and I would recommend Tranquility Plumbing to anyone looking for a fair price on a job done right.

I'm in town staying at my father's house for the week. Apparently when my sister was taking a shower, the drain was over flowing and we both suspected as toilet paper clogging the toilet and shower. I used a plunger first. I don't think drank would have helped at all. First thing in the morning i called a few different plumbers to get a estimate but this one was the only one who gave me an estimate over the phone. Also, this plumber was a referral by the community's concierge. I was able to get someone out right away. The guy told me to calm down and that he will get unclogged and he did after 2 hours. He was so nice and professional. He knew where to go for the main line. However, it cost $250. $90 for service fee, $70/hr. I expected it to be a minor problem to cost only $160 with a fast snake job but it turned be a major problem. I don't know if all the plumbers cost the same! I would imagine they do. But it's well worth the money to get the problem resolved! But I'm glad to get it fixed before it got worse. I don't want no future house guests to deal with the issue. I would highly suggest for people to run water regularly and flush toilets to make to prevent clogging. Especially if you're going to be out of town for a while. Don't use a lot of toilet paper at once! The job is done! Very happy customer!

This morning at 9:00 i noticed that my garbage disposal was leaking. I called and tech Gary was here within the hour and he gave me a new one. He asked if there was anything else I needed and he helped me with 2 sinks that were not draining correctly. He was in and out in less than 45 minutes and I didn't have to pay a small fortune. Highly recommend.
