I second everything good that all of the reviewers have said. Ty Tran is super-reliable and conscientious. I asked him to do some repair work on our toilets and he said that one of them didn't need to be repaired, thus saving us significant money. I also asked him to change an outdoor spigot for a more modern one, but he told me the one I had was very high-quality and if I replaced it I would have to open up a wall inside the house and replace the siding around the spigot. So he recommended we not do that. This is the kind of person that you can trust to do what needs to be done, and not do what doesn't need to be done, just to make money. On a previous visit when he worked on our kitchen sink he finished the job and left, and then came back 20 minutes later because he thought he might have not done something that needed to be done and he wanted to double check. It turns out he had done everything correctly, but he came back just to check.

I can't say enough about how professional and personable Ty Tran is. We will never call another plumber.

I can't say enough good things about Mr. Tran and his work. We were referred to him maybe 5 years ago and have had only great experiences with him since. He always answers calls or returns them promptly (like within 10-15 minutes) and then arrives as quickly as he can afterwards the same day. Jobs are finished quickly (he has a lot of common parts in inventory in his truck, eliminating the need for back and forth to Home Depot) and costs are reasonable. Work is good quality - we have had him replace toilets/pipes, replace shower cartridges, fix pinhole leaks, replace sinks, and all has been perfect. We would never call anyone else.

Ty Tran (703-901-3780) did a fantastic job at my house yesterday. He showed up when he said he would, took care of 3 big issues I had requested and an additional item I added on at the last minute. He was polite, thorough, and I found his fees to be reasonable compared to other plumbers I have used. He came prepared with all supplies needed, explained everything, and gave helpful advice. I've been a home owner for over 30 years. This is the first time I've been happy with a plumber's work and fees and felt inspired to write a review.

We had our sprinkler system backflow pipe burst. We didn't notice until 4:30PM. The first plumber I called was booked solid and couldn't until 2 days later, the next had me on hold for 15 minutes only to have an answering service take information to call me back. I left a message and Thuy called me back in 5 minutes and promised to at my house in 30 minutes, he was at my door in about 20. Took care of our issues in under 20 minutes. We will be calling Thuy any time we any plumbing needs and referring him to family and friends.

We have uses Tran to plumb in new water pipe for automated sprinkler system. He drilled through cement wall to get placement perfect too.

We have also had him 'tune up' sinks faucets, toilets, and unstop drains and install new garbage disposal at our rental unit. All work ws prompt, cleaned up after and done at good prices. We recommend Tran as a go to plumber!
