Awesome company and is ethical. Does not over charge and price gouge the customer like most plumbing companies, (Dale and Lee's). A different company left with high and dry without fixing the problem or knowing the exact solution, all the while charging me over $200 for coming out to look at the toilet. Trails End informed me the other company was wrong and all I needed was a new toilet due to a crack in the China, which was most likely a factory defect to start with. Love this company and will certainly go to them first if I require any other plumbing needs.

I live in California, and there are times when my mom's house needs the occasional repair. I've used Frank and AJ several times for minor plumbing repairs and each time they are quick to schedule a visit, thorough in their evaluation of what needs to be done, and most importantly, fair in their pricing. Their work to date has been exactly as requested, and they had several opportunities to increase a cost and instead offered a cheaper solution.

Great work, very reasonable rates, and high integrity. Hence five stars.
