The good thing is that they were understanding on the phone . They came out fast and during the schedule time. He did say he could not guarantee the work but could fix it. The biggest problem is the cost. The parts for fixing the shower drain maybe cost $30 and the labor was 30 mins. The cost was $699. When I asked why so much money, he pointed to his brain. Sorry but we discussed this with him and I think my wife and I both agreed what was wrong.
I can not use them again because I am retired and can't afford them on our fixed income

This company does not care about their customers only ripping them off and over charging you. For minimal work they charge an extremely high rate. Stay away and save your money. Customer service is rude. Overpriced.

Did work for family members in the Lockport area, and have now become our plumbing service provider hands down. Quick, courteous, reliable, and didn't feel like they tried to screw me around. All prices for materials are through the roof, and they even explained to me the increases to allow me to look around if I wanted. Fair prices, reliable solid work. I will be using them again!

Had them out twice for a clogged drain, and $600 later still had a clogged drain and nothing but excuses. Was completed elsewhere for less.

I had a gas leak and called Meurer Plumbing Services in a panic. I'm not sure who answered the phone, but she was very efficient and had John come over within the hour. It wasn't an easy fix, the leak was happening behind a Murphy bed. John was careful to keep the wall opening and damage to the murphy bed to a minimum. I highly recommend Meurer Plumbing!

We had water gushing from a broken garden spigot between the wall into the finished basement, and Meurer came to the rescue! The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, recommended an appropriate repair, and did an outstanding job!

I loved this place! I called on a Tuesday because I had finally figured out where all the water under the floor in my powder room was coming from. They had a new hot water tank out to my house and installed by Thursday afternoon! Even with everything going on, they were very professional, showed up in masks, and were very neat. And they were less expensive to boot. (by about $250!!) I'll definitely stick with this plumber as long as I live in this neck of the woods.
