We had a problem with our boiler going out. Tragar was able to have someone over within 2 hours to identify the problem.

Danny did a great job on the diagnostics and took the time to explain what he was doing to diagnose the problem. This gave me confidence that i was not paying for unneeded services. He was able to set up everything for install the next day as they needed special parts not usually in hand.

Luis showed up early than expected the next day to install the new parts and got us up and running in no time. He cleaned up after himself and answered all our questions.

Both guys were an absolute pleasure to work with and based on these interactions, Tragar is now my go to people for any problems with my heating.

We had no heat and called Tragar . Akeem was sent quickly ( within 40 minutes), investigated and said pipes were frozen. He bled system and heating system seemed to worked better .

I'm a new customer to Tragar , I have 2 contracts with them and I was hesitant when signing. OMG , they proved themselves big time , in the middle of a snow storm I lost heat in one of my properties, they answered their phones , gave an eta for arrival and the technician showed up promptly. I wouldn't have expected fast and reliable from anyone during this storm . Kudos to Carlos the technician who solved the problem in less than 35 minutes .. he is a gentleman and professional. I recommend this company to anyone who needs a top quality heat service company ..

Had them for 5yrs old owner recommended. They take advantage of the elderly. My mother is 78 last year oil tank read empty and it was because someone over there dropped the ball on making sure they delivered oil in my area, came put in some oil to get through night then came next day filled up argued with me that it was not there fault & try to charge her extra from coming out the night before. Every year they send out and call for annual review of contract which is over $300 (FYI all other companies are asking less the 1/2 of that) they never called. On auto delivery, came in sept, oct, november filled tank between 80-87 gallons. December came said they needed to fill 157 gallons, meanwhile in NY we have had 60 degree weather, no change in household from prior months & to boot they changed the oil price with no notice. They stated they ""called"". This all happened right after christmas with no warning they charged my mother more then double whats she paying on a fix income. When I called, they could care less. No call back, then a rude man named Chris acted as if I was bothering him, told me ""sooo what would like me to do about it"", I emailed company and heard nothing back, they are far from a ""family run business"", must be some shady family! Go to other companies, cheaper service plan, cheaper oil, they pick up calls and work with the elderly.

Trager has shady business practices. I had a contract price for 199 and have been emailing the company to get Fill up before it expired. I was told multiple times that I will be getting a delivery but never past The expiration of my contract. Now I got a delivery and it's three to $400 more than my contract price. The shitty salesman said I wasn't scheduled for a delivery and I never renewed my contract so they just try to charge me what the price is. Please be aware this company will try to screw you over.

I been a Tragar company for about 4 years. Good service but to get a tune up, I have to wait months. I recently got a ductless system installed, spent roughly 11K. As a loyal customer, I called up the salesman John and wanted to add an additional 2 zone new system for 2 rooms. I was quoted 8K, What a rip off. I asked for a breakdown, it was never sent on the estimate. Meanwhile the entire system cost 3k online. The salesman excuse was that company have to make money, profits, material is over 1k, which in reality, it would not even be half of that. What was really more important to him is making money in his commission, and not taking care of a good customer. I even referred my family to him which I really regret. Once my contract is up, I will be looking for another company. Beware!!! Shop around for pricing!!

Faber OCampo from Tragar was wonderful! He showed up on time, explained everything to us and successfully got the plumbing job done neatly and in a very timely fashion. We were left extremely satisfied and very appreciative. I would highly recommend his services!

I'm so happy with the service that I received from Tragar! My heat was completely down and my house was freezing.

I was able to get a technician to come by the same day in less than 2 hours. I spoke to Erin over the phone and she was amazing! She was super helpful in explaining the different plans to me and spent over an hour talking to me and answering all of my questions. She was completely thorough and explained every plan to me, breaking everything down so that I was able to make the best decision.

Fast forward to the technician. Russell H. was incredible and so very patient. He was very diligent and thorough with everything, talking through everything that he did and explaining why he was doing it. He answered all of my questions and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He stayed for 2+ hours working to make sure that we had heat. I'll definitely be reaching out and requesting him for future service.

Overall, I'm very happy with my experience. The individuals at Tragar are very professional, helpful, and well trained in their respective areas. I highly recommend their services if you ever need heat, AC, etc.

Tom did amazing job. He was the fourth tech sent to our home for the same issue. He did not give up and worked very hard to finally resolve the issue.

I cannot say enough about Tom. Friendly, courteous and even insisted on cleaning up after spending almost 4 hours fixing the problems with our boiler.
